Trapped in a metaphor.

Sitting on my
bedroom floor.

Feeling the walls closing
in on me.

Crying for someone to
come and save me.

Drowning in an ocean
of tears.

While the words crawl out
my throat and imprint on
my skin.

They somehow seemed
to have spelled out your
name once again* ~

Drenched in black and white.

We're both looking fancy
and fine tonight.

Smiles painted on our wet lips.

I can feel good vibes flowing
from me to you.

Hold me close to your face.

Listen carefully while i say
the words of "I Want To Marry
You."

Break the silence surrounding
us with the drums beating in
your young heart.

Lay down next to me while we
enjoy natures view.

Sit still dear and feel my arms
as they hug and softly caress
the art painted on your skin* ~

Pain ?
I felt it. I lived it.
I slept with it.
Blood ?
It ran down my
arms and thighs
from deep cuts.
Depression ?
It was a life lesson.
Love ?
It helped me feel
and heal.
Tears ?
They turned from
blood to salty water
that shined like
pretty chandeliers.
Him ?
He saved me from
this all while everyone
stood there and
watched me
fall* ~

He winked at the owl
flying in the sky. It
looked at him while
it was in a rush trying
to cover its cheeks with
its wings to hide the
blush. He holds beauty
like no other prince
charming and that's why
I fell in love with my
darling* ~

She grabbed him by the tie in a rush.
"Quick, I've got to catch my flight."

Glancing back at the sky.

Her face may have showed a blush.
Or a beautiful tint of love it might.

I was left with the feeling of her kiss
on my lips.
Amazed by the beauty and the flow of her dress.

"See you soon I guess"

She looked back and grabbed me
by the heart while she gave me one
last soul touching kiss ~
Written with my soulmate and I :)

She didn't like mirrors.
They made her feel unsecured.
They only showed her scars
and stretch marks but never
the beauty of her soul. She
only saw what society didn't
like. The wrinkles the spots
the flesh covering her bones.

What about the constellations
of the stars ? What about the
stories in her eyes ? What
about the beautiful person
trapped deep down inside ?

Mirrors were slowly ruining
her dear life

She met a boy. Funny how
he changed this all.

He called her pretty when they
first met.
He saw what no one has ever
seen before.
He saw the beauty of her soul
and kissed her every scar.

Held her from behind and
kissed her neck while they both
stood exposed with no clothes
in front of the mirror hung up
on the back of his bed room
door.

He held her tight as he
said I fell in love with you girl. I
fell for the beauty of your flesh ,
soft skin and bones.

I fell in love with you all and I
just can't take my eyes off
of the beauty of you and all
the things you simply do* ~

He kissed my neck.
And asked me to lift
my hair. He whispered
I love you in my ear.
And I felt my heart beat
hard from within. And
the blood boil under my
skin. I felt humming birds
racing up my spine and
flying from the hair I lifted
up behind. He saw the
beauty I had trapped in
my veins and eyes. He saw
the real me the day our
bodies touched and made
passionate love. A love
that no paper can handle
a love that refuses to be
tamed a love that can not
be simply explained* ~
