I love you because,
You fit into my world perfectly, like a hand in a glove,
My cup runneth over with undying love.
Your eyes take my soul to places unknown,
Your touch leaves me mesmerized completely to the bone.
Your kiss is infectious and it courses through my veins,
Your voice when it speaks to me and how it says my name.
Your arms how they hold me tight making me feel safe,
The way our "five minute" rule never stays in place.
How you open up the truck door to let me step inside,
The way you hold my hand and kiss it while we take a ride.
I love when you kiss me and stare deep into my eyes,
How my hands upon your body can make you get a rise.
You always touch me softly with gentle, loving care,
You text me throughout the day for our thoughts we like to share.
I love when you look at me for your face I can read,
It tells me everything you want, or everything you need.
Every second we're together I feel safe and so secure,
Our love radiates around us so tremendous and so pure.
Everytime you leave me, my heart breaks a little more,
Waiting on your return is what I'm dying for.
When you say you love me or that I'm beautiful,
It reminds me why I love you deep within my soul.
I want to start a life with you and give to you the world,
To make it known to everyone that I'm your special girl.
To go to bed at night after our day is through,
Feeling like the luckiest girl because I am loved by you.
Maybe live together in a way that lovers do,
To wake up every morning being loved by only you.
I love you now and forever until my last breath I shall take,
And I promise to love you still when my soul no more shall wake.

When you feel all hope is gone
You refuse to carry on
Please lift your head to the sky
That is all the reason why

When your heart detects the pain
Tears start to fall like rain
You are loved, so please don't cry
That is all the reason why.

When sorrow pulls you to the ground
Your pain you wish to only drown
The grace of God will get you by
That is all the reason why.

Although a love you cannot see
Love lives for eternity
The heart and soul shall never die
That is all the reason why.

Billowy clouds of beautiful dreams
Free as the birds do soar
A soul that is left to wander
Unsure what her purpose is for.
Feelings of sadness overwhelm her
When rainbows of color fill the sky
Then the thought of you crosses her mind
As smiles of sunshine pass her by.
Shiny white, and sparkling beauty
For an Angel who soars in the clouds
Looking down on you each day
She is the Angel of you, her child.

Someone once told me
Love is like a dream

Strewn rose petal pathways
And a delicate flowing stream.

Beautiful mountain tops
Covered with snow

Winds that whisper love
Everywhere you go.

Flowers in full bloom
Like a fairytale enchanted

A wishing well of colors
Where all wishes are granted.

A gazeebo twined with roses
Surrounded by light of fireflies

Clouds of cotton candy
That illuminate the skies.

As night begins to fall
The moon takes the sun away

Still as beautiful as ever
This dream will surely stay.

And soft as a breeze
My heart did flutter

For with every word he spoke
There not once was a stutter.

For I fell in a reverie
Full of pixies and such

When Love did talk to me
And whispered, I love you this much.

I love you like cherries
That burst in your mouth,

I love you like wisteria
That blossom down South,

I love you like dolphins
Love to jump free,

I love you like the ocean
Where waves crash gracefully.

I love you like a mountain
Loves to drink from the sky,

I love you as sweet gentle truth
That betrays the worst lie.

But as I crossed
The green hills so favored

It is that moment in choice
I will forever savor,

For as I awoke
In the morning divine

I saw all the beauties
In the bright sunshine

I awoke in love
And as I turned around

It was to see a smile
I have yet not found

For as love is as mystical
As mystical can be

It is my dream pleasant
That forever belongs to me.

Winter has settled in this barricaded mind
Blocked from existence frozen in time.
It seems hollow on the outside just a blank stare
Until the summer comes around winter fills the air.
Secrets locked in the barricade no one shall ever find
For even when the sun shall rise the barricade is mine.
There is no key to open, nor can you knock it down
For the barricaded mind is built on solid ground.
If you wish to entice me you can add to the mind
But once it's passed the barricade it's frozen in time.
It becomes the secret of an existence never known
For inside the barricade the truth is never shown.
So when you look at me and wonder what you're going to find
Remember there is nothing in this barricaded mind.

Beautiful dreamer
Captivating my heart

Words that fill my soul
to completely overflow

Smiles that glisten
like water on my skin

The longing to touch you
eternal bliss, entice me

To breath you in
Savoring every scent

Thy lips are of the purest
most delicate desire

Sweet, soft, and lusciously
moist, my body hungers

The eyes of passion
leave me in curious wonder

Contemplating the depth
of a single stare

Knowing my heart beats
for you, without doubt

If for just one moment,
to stand before you, amazed

To fall softly into your heart,
into your soul

To dwell forever more,
loving you always, beautiful dreamer.

I want nothing more than to love you
Each and every single day,
For you to feel love in your life
In every possible way.

To greet you each morning, my love
With a kiss upon your lips,
To intensify your heart with passion
From the touch of my fingertips.

Fill your life with happiness for eternity
Never hurting, nor letting you down,
Always being the voice you will hear
Without even making a sound.

My eyes will always show to you
Things I may forget to say,
For the rest your life I promise you
You will feel love in every way.

My heart grows weary without you
For with you I want to be,
This longing deep inside my heart
Is the love I have for thee.

No other could ever touch it, my love
My heart is branded with your name,
If you will accept the love that I offer
This love will never change.

Beneath the light of the starry sky
Embedded love fills my heart
Awaiting the journey pleasant and true
For the carousel of love to start.
Man of my dreams where for art thou
As I set with my thoughts of you
Magical moments entice my heart
Awaiting the carousel of love so true.
Moonlight takes over the light from the stars
In a distance I see the man of my dreams
Coming for me like a breeze in the night
The carousel of love starts to gleam.
The meeting of two hearts over joyed
By nights end they shall vanish as one
To eternity so fair and true
The carousel of love, just begun.

I awaken
Sweaty and week
Dreaming of you
Your heart I seek

Now this day

Loving you
Desiring you
Your touch
Leaves me mesmerized

Lips of ecstasy
Tremble...
The taste so sweet
Beating heart

Stop me now

This day
Let my heart
Belong to you
For it is love

Love I seek
With you
Holding you
Craving all of you

Forever this day

You take me
To unknown places
Only my soul
Could ever crave

Back to sleep
To live the dream
With you
Forever

This day...

I sleep
Dreaming of
You and I
In love..forever

Never awake
For this is
all I know
Right now...

Dream my sweet
With me
Feel the love
That I have

Crave with me

Forever...

Bitterly cold, like ice
Your presence leaves me starving for warmth
Eyes black as coal
Empty stare leaves me desiring the blue sky
A smile cursed by evil
Disgust leaves me reaching for the heavens
Your touch, so empty
Hunger leaves me longing to be fulfilled
Your laugh, filled with pain
Leaves me longing to hear music of sweetness
Your thoughts occupied with filth
Leaves me invaded with pureness
Your heart collapsed by hatred
Has left me overwhelmed, by my heart, full of love.

Friendship as delicate as a rose
Seemingly smooth, and vibrant
Trusting in your touch
Fearing not the spoiling of purity
Holding closely, with gentle pressure
Petals of silk, a treasure they are
Just like that of you and me
Bound by stems and leaves
Holding together the perfect beauty
As for you and I, we are held together
bound by heart and soul
Like the rose, we are delicate
For friendship is worthy
to be smooth and vibrant
Loved and nurtured by the heart
It expands into something beautiful
Treasured memories
Un forgotten laughs and tears
Secrets never revealed
Shared moments for a lifetime
To trade this for a rose
Never, for the rose will wilt
losing  its beauty, left to die
Though our friendship is described
as that of a delicate rose
Our friendship will last
a lifetime, without fading
or wilting..nor becoming anything
less than beautiful...

Breathing you in...
Inhaling every scent of you,
Drinking you completely..
For your sweetness is so true.
Touching your exterior..
The finest known to me,
Holding your heart..
Counting every single beat.
Kissing your lips..
The softness so define,
Cradling your body..
With these arms of mine.
Entrapping your soul..
Making you mine forever,
Loving you endlessly,
Praying we'll always be together.

Your arms stretch to a distance
that I feel no more
My heart is withered of your presence
My eyes burn beneath your reflection

Skin, so soft and gentle to touch
scaled like a lizard from your lies
Deceit from the mouth of satan
Heat exhausting my soul

Release me from your evil grip
Set my soul free, for a life of beauty
With you I shall become frail and measly
Unlike now, where I'm strong and free

Allow me to soar to higher demands
You are not entitled to an opinion
nor a say in the matter
For selfishness reigns your poor existence

Farewell to the nightmare from hell
Become a non-existing nothing
From the likes of your beliefs
You'll become the dirt beneath my feet

Farewell...waste of time!!

With a hint of love to fill the air
Sweet caresses to know you are there.
Kisses of ecstasy that entice my soul
Passions surround me as I lose control.
Familiar dwellings of a beautiful face
Miles of torture override this place.
Tho never to part nor be stolen away
Those miles we shall separate someday.
Closeness will fill our lives with a hue
Colors of love for just me and you.
If I could just hold you near to me
There is no other place I would rather be.
Kissing your lips, as I touch your skin
Bringing me into you deeply within.
Whispers so softly that we shall share
To each others hearts of how much we care.
If I could right now, flow into your heart
Forever I'd stay never wanting to part.
My love would be tender, honest and true
Until death do we part I will love only you.

From this moment on I am yours
To you, my life I now give
I promise to love you forever, my dear
As long as we both shall live.

To give my heart to only you
To be the one who makes you smile
To let you know I love you so
I will go the extra mile.

Kiss you after a long days work
Hug as though we have never touched
Lay beside you as you sleep
For you are the life I love so much.

Even when our bodies have withered
We've become senile and wrinkled too
There will be no other place on earth
Except the place I share with you.

Our love will leave impressions deep
For no one shall ever forget
The most beautiful love shared on this earth
Began when the two of us met.

At the end of our journey together
We will find comfort in knowing
That even when we have parted the earth
In the Heavens our love is still growing.

As long as we both shall live, my love
Are the words I speak to you,
For I know that even when death arrives
Our love shall see us through.

We will leave this earth, not each other
And to you my life I now give,
I promise to love you forever, my dear
Knowing forever we both shall live.

As I drifted off to sleep last night, I heard you  call to me
Knowing I was dreaming of the way things used to be.
Hearing your sweet whispers, seeing your beautiful smile..
Dreaming we were young again, for just a little while.

Your reached your hands to touch me, the way you used to do
As tears fell down my withered cheeks, my heart cried out to you.
I'm standing tall, and staying strong, continuing to hold a smile,
There we were, so in love again, for just a little while.

As I awoke, withered and old, I left you to stay in my dream
For there you stay so beautiful and young, your heart stays pure and clean.
For dreams of you are all that's left, to finish life's lonely miles
If only I could hold you in my arms, for just a little while.

God gave to me, you.
He brought unto my life a ray of illumination,
Knowing that you could brighten my very existence,
Being that I needed nothing more than a noble friend.
One to escort me through complex situations,
To instruct me to keep my head raised high,
To smile in even the most strenuous contingency,
Most of all to just be my own authority.
You have taught me how to weather the storms,
How to turn heartless situations into honorable,
How to deliver smiles unto the saddest at heart,
How to love unconditionally with everything I have,
Strive to be the foremost of what God gave me,
Use my knowledge well, that is what guided you to me,
Always stand firm on the ground that my life, so firm, will rest.
God gave to me, you, because he knew I needed no other!

Please don't ever be sad for me,
My life is as God planned it to be.
Full of life and so much splendor
More than most could ever render.
My heart is warm, full of laughter
My eyes are sore from looks I capture
Radiating a beauty, given by you
Something lasting, forever true.
Mother and daughter, still together
If only in our hearts we live forever.
Looking in the mirror, it's you I see
The beautiful woman who gave life to me.
God has blessed me with many things
A lot in my life he continues to bring.
No more sadness, no more tears
No more worries, no more fears.
For I am who God wants me to be
So, please don't ever be sad for me.

As you lay beside her silently
Her beauty is your embrace
As you touch her cheek so tender
A smile peeks from her face.

Gazing at her with gentle eyes
Pressing firmly against her hips
Laying  your hand upon her heart
Planting softly, a kiss on her lips.

As you stare at her with amazement
Tears began to fall from her eyes
You gently brush the tears away
Saying, "Baby please don't cry."

Crying out, she whispers  your name
You feel the flutter of her chest
For now she's weeping relentlessly
For the man who loved her best.

Over and over, your name she repeats
Tears now flowing like rain
It's hard for you to fathom right now
That she's dreaming of you again.

Lifting her head from her pillow
Holding her close in your arms
Gently caressing her falling hair
Telling her, "Please baby be strong."

As you hold her in your arms so tight
Her head resting on your chest
A tear falls from your weeping eyes
"I'm the man who loves you best."

You lay her down to finish the dream
Leaving her with your last goodbye
A gentle kiss upon her lips
And the teardrops that you cried.

As you go to leave, she calls out your name
Wiping the tears from her eyes
"I love you sweetheart, so much that it hurts
And I bid you my last goodbye."

Tears fall regretfully down your face
As you turn to journey on your way
Leaving behind the love of your life
"I'll see you again someday."

Weeping heart, tear bound eyes
Forsaken by the jester of love
Your wretched claws cutting my flesh
Pouring salt into the wounds for torture
So cold, so bitter, full of hatred
Why must thou want to hurt me
Used, abused, yet, in love all the while
Truth refused to be part of you
Why must you thrive on agony
Instead of desiring love as your own
It's desperate to feel your longing
Wanting to overfill you with its sweetness
If by chance agony could slip away
Just for a moment in time..
Love would take you prisoner
Giving you its sweetness divine
No more to suffer loneliness
For your heart would be fulfilled.

In the early morning hours
My eyes have yet to see their lids
for thinking of you, I cannot stop.

Here I am,
Portrayed as a lover to one
Through my veins, love flows endlessly
for the heart of another.

Here I am,
Aching to feel your touch
My skin burning, with the desire
to have your cooling caress.

Here I am,
Wanting to travel the distance
To kiss your lips that entice my soul
with pure ecstasy.

Here I am,
Needing you so much
To feel loved by you, wanted and needed
here I am, take me!

Though usually a preference of fantasies
Are never stored in my conscious,
Tonight images are appearing
into a sweet oblivion
with your name on it.
The thought of us
becoming one soul,
breathing with one heart,
and devouring each other's flesh--
I never had that in mind,
but tonight, unlike other nights
of purities and a bland image
my desire has risen,
and the only thing i want to feel
is the enchantment of you.

My sweet child, please don't  cry
For I am right here by your side
To take away all your pain
To bring you sunshine from the rain
I carry your heart everywhere I go
Holding it closely when I am feeling low
Your laughter brings music into my heart
Your smiles are the reason I cannot part
Everything about you is beautiful indeed
I am so proud of the life that you lead
Always remember when tears you have cried
Every single moment I was there by your side
Sometimes I would hold you right where you stand
Other times I'd take you by your sweet little hand
Giving you the comfort that I know you need
Taking your sorrows that your soul heeds
The times when your stares are hard to trace
It is I, who stands before your face
The person who brought you into this world
Has loved you since, as her little girl
So when you're scared and you just wanna hide
Please know I am right there by your side.

More perfect than you are
I can't imagine brighter lights

If I were the ocean, would you be my waves
We'd flow to the shore ever gracefully.
If I were a tree, my leaves you would be
Making me beautiful swaying so peacefully.

If I were a flower, you'd be my petals
The identity of all beauty upon me.
If I were a cloud, you'd be the sky
Holding me high for the wolrd to see.

If I were the heavens, you'd be my earth
We'd be above all known creatures that live,
If I were an Angel, you'd be my wings
Holding me strongly while guidance you'd give.

If I were your heart, would you be mine
Loving me endless and forever true?
If I were a voice, would you be the ears
Listening when I say, "I love you."

If I were weakness, would you be my strength
Turning me not away for what my heart knows,
If I were the body, would you be my soul
Giving me life, for the love my heart bestows?

If I could gaze into your eyes
every moment of everyday
There would never be a need
to see the Heavens.

If your smile could be my warmth
all through the year
There would never be a need
to fear the cold.

If I could listen to the sounds
of your heart beating
There would never be a need
for any music.

If I could feel your gentle touch
just one time in my life
There would never be a need
for longing again.

If I could ever become the very
reason you breathe everyday
There would never be a need
to dream anymore.

An image painted on a canvas
For the whole world to see
Is the image what they notice
Or is it what truly lies beneath
On the outside there's beauty
Radiating a hint of happiness
Filled with life and enthusiasm
Enjoyed by all who see, or notice
The hands that created this masterpiece
Must have been solid, and stern
For the wall that holds this canvas
Has a black lining the eyes can't see
Bitterness, shallow, and heartless
Covered with a coating of gold
To the human eye to seem like perfection
For there is no happiness within
An abundance of repentance
that grows under this image,
stretching high up along the walls
The image of everlasting beauty
Trees swaying in the background
Beautiful flowers blooming abundantly
The sun shining as though just ripened
Birds soaring through the air,
chirping this magical, mystical morning
Dew lying upon the image
leaving a sparkle to catch the eye
The image seen as it is wanted to be seen
Painted from the mind of someone
needing perfection taking nothing less
Knowing you can't cut a stone with scissors
Or fly like a bird without wings
You can't even create perfection
When there is no such a thing.
Minus all the beauty that this image holds
Would your attention be captured the same
If by fascination you could see with it
Without it what would you see
A canvas hanging on a wall alone
No beauty within or without
Black walls that line the canvas, no image
Empty, rebellious, alone
Fascination is taken away by reality
Once the image becomes clear it is no longer
an image, nor perfection you see
Though now noticeable the canvas
rests on the wall that is lined in black
Plain as the sky on a glorious day
The canvas holds no image of beauty
No image of any kind
It was merely what someone wanted you to see
Hoping that in reality the image
would always be there, stay the same
Beautiful, happy, loving
Speaking a thousand words just
from what your mind captured
It is now faint to the eyes, clear
That this canvas is nothing more
than a dishonest piece of work.

When the world around you becomes dark and gray
You feel as though you've been led astray.
Don't let the hardship bring you down
For there is always a way to turn it around.
Your strength and courage can pull you through
Hold your head up in all that you do.
Friends will stand right by your side
Fight the fight with you far and wide.
You shalt not stand alone in the fight
So take my hand and hold on tight.
I'll be the angel who gives you wings
To help you soar above everything.
When the fight is said and done
You'll now in the end that you have won!

I saw you once in a dream,
Delicate, sweet face of innocense,
Drawing my heart to the palm of your hands....
Holding it there...
Mesmerized!

Sitting at your knee, staring into your eyes,
Magical webs you weave,
Taking me from my self-imposed solitude,
thrusting me into a rainbow's-journey....
Delightful!

Hours spent within your existence drift away,
Delicate, sweet face of innocense darkens in the fires glow,
Stillness cocoons us, entrapping us in thoughtfulness;
My heart in your hands, your eyes fill my soul..
Spellbound!

With the glow of the fire the night descends upon us
In this hour, this place becomes ours,
Together our souls blend deeply into one
To the precious, lasting moments, of US..
Picture perfect!

I saw you once in a dream, and I shall see you again.....

When the ocean flows onto the shore,
When the sun shines on my face,
When silence becomes quaint to the ears,
When the world is a desolate place,
Will you hold my hand and love me still,
Will you walk me through the desolate days,
Will you hold me in your arms so tight,
Will you make love to me always?
Of all the things in this world,
There's one that I truly need,
It is you my love, my life, my all
It is for you that my life shall plead.
Plead for you to need me,

Plead for you to love me forever,

Let me fall asleep tonight
In his warm embrace
And wake to see before my eyes
The beauty of his face.

Lay me down beside him
Rest my head upon his chest
Hear the rhythm of his heartbeat
Sleep in his tender caress.

As in his arms I lay
Protected, safe and unafraid
Never to fall astray.

Thy reason for not loving me
Is the reason that thou cannot see
True love flows into your heart
Then ripped away and torn apart
Where has all the goodness gone
For in my heart your love lives on
Even though my existence fails
My love for you shall prevail
Without you I lose my mind
For within you sanity I find
Even though you left my side
The truth in me I shall not hide
For I love you still everyday
Though your love faded away
In my heart I will be strong
For doing so I can't go wrong
My soul I shall not bear for thee
My life is worth more than that to me.
Love may come, and love may go
For in my heart this I know
To except the fact that you are gone
Is what keeps me going and makes me strong.

Invisible love,
Blind to affection.
A single touch burning thy skin,
Unnoticed, I crumble apart.
Hating daylight,
Feeling lost and alone.
The world my enemy,
Nightfall is my throne.
The sun vanishes,
Stars begin to shine,
Out from the heart arises,
A love I call mine.
Tender and sweet,
Burning desires from within,
Neverending love, tho it seems
Until now asleep we fall.
Nestled within each other,
Only to wake once again
To an invisible love.

I often dream about you
Knowing not the time, nor place
But the sweetest of it all, you see
Is the dream of our first embrace.

How your eyes do shine
As though you've never felt this way
Your lips tremble gently
Yet they've not a word to say.

Our hearts beat in rhythm
The sound of two becoming one
We shall fall in love, you see
Before the dream is done.

I often dream about you
Knowing not the time, nor place
But the comfort in it all, you see
Is that you're here when I awake.

I said a prayer for you today
Down on bended knee
For I know that He can heal your pain
And help your heart to see.

I didn't pray for money or fame
I hope you'll understand
I prayed for reassurance
And guidance from His hands.

I asked that he surround you
With all His mighty love and care
To bless you with peaceful endurance
Let you know that He's always there.

I asked that He show you courage
To fight the battles that lie ahead
Give you wisdom to see the good in life
Not to see all the bad things instead.

If by chance you're wondering
Why I prayed so much for you
Because I know within your broken heart
It's something you forgot to do.

It was you... In that cold, gloomy night...
In a dark alley, I walked, alone
Lost between shadows and starlight
Heard, far away, the wind's moan...

Careful footsteps walking behind me
My whole body shaking with fear
Darkness all around me... I can't see...
My most frightening nightmare is so near...

Someone pushes me with violence
The picture before my eyes is so unclear
My soul is being drawn into silence
My mind disconnected... No longer here...

Feeling dizzy, I slowly open my eyes
A drop of blood was staining my face
His body on the ground... He dies...
My life is held by your embrace...

"Everything's okay... You are safe now"
My mind begins to focus... Suddenly I knew
That my love would always save me, somehow...
My guardian angel... It was you...

I wish I may, I wish I might,
Hold you in my arms tonight.
To let you know how much I care
All my love with you I'll share.

I wish I may, I wish I might,
Touch your lips to mine tonight.
For your sweetness I long to taste
Leaving none behind to waste.

I wish I may, I wish I might,
Feel our bodies pressing tight
Passions burn and love unfolds
The realm of love we begin to mold.

I wish I may, I wish I might,
Make love to you all through the night
Have your body blanket mine
Our passions raw and unconfined.

I wish I may, I wish I might,
Transcend my love beyond your sight
To make you see and understand
As love is just the way I planned.

As I turned to face the ocean
Chills traveled down my spine
Was it you I saw by the shore
For just a brief moment in time

Closing my eyes to clear them
Ne'er had they failed me this way
In disbelief I shut the blinds
Without a single word to say

Flopping down on the edge of my bed
Throwing my chin in my hands
For so long now, you've been gone
So, whom on the shore did stand

Standing back up firmly on my feet
For the view of the ocean so sublime
Forcing myself to glance once more
For just a brief moment in time

The view was more reassuring this time
For it was the ocean I did see
Nothing along the sandy, white shore
Just the waves crashing ever peacefully.

My curiosity still aroused by what I saw
My heart just misses you that much
If only for just a brief moment in time
I would give anything to feel your touch.

Just another face in the background
Someone that reflects from the crowd
Wishing that more than a reflection
Could somehow be profound.

A soul banished from the rest
Horrible encounters, dying existence
If for just a moment in time to change
Begging for that in an instance.

A heart punished for its mistakes
Carved with a knife, bleeding
Craving to be alive and wanted
Longing to feel the beating.

Cold hands, dilated pupils
Mouth that makes not a sound
Please let me be more than...
Just another face in the background.

I know I want to love you
Impossible as it may seem
Eternal bliss and forever more
Seems to only be a dream.

The soul I fell in love with
Is dark, solid, and cold
Ne'er a moment did I see
A love to soon grow old.

All I want is to love you
Feeling your love in return
Life is such an obsticle course
Competition you're only concern.

I need positive possibilities
Nurturing efforts, and so much more
It seems that what you offer
Is what I gave away before.

My heart is growing weary
I'm tired and worn from stress
If you cannot love me the way I need
Then goodbyes would do us best.

Down by the lake, in the cottage made of stone
The porch is taken over by all the flowers grown.
The walkway needs weeded, and the chimney needs repairs
There are holes in the wood that we used to build the stairs.
The windows are fogged over from the dust in the air
Underneath the shade tree sits my worn out rocking chair.
Inside is full of cob webs, and smells of filthy must
The kitchen sink is tarnished, and covered in rust.
The bathrooms are molded from the absence of use
The wooden floors are covered with a thin coat of dew.
From the lack of attention and tender loving care
The beauty of the cottage has vanished in thin air.
If the time were taken to show how much we cared
The beauty of the cottage, and the warmth would still be there.
Over time it faded, the need of caring hands
Now down by the lake, the lonely cottage stands.

"Excuse me young lady,"
I heard a voice say,
"Tell me what you see
When you look at me today?"

I said, "I see an old man,
Withered to the bone,
Walking down the street,
You seem so all alone.

A cane in your hand
Hearing aide in your ear,
Wrinkles upon your face,
Some whiskers to make a beard.

Your back is hunched over,
Your socks don't even match,
You had  a bottle filled with water
In which the lid you didn't latch.

Now, I'll mention the wet pants,
The huge glasses upon your face,
It seems to me as tho you can't see,
and why you move in a turtle like pace."

The old man looked very sad
At all the things that I had said,
At that very moment in time,
I knew my comments I would dread.

The old man turned to me,
And without a single thought,
The words he spoke I'll never forget,
"You see me for what I am not."

My old heart still beats strong,
My legs go where I chose to tread,
Tho my eyes are not as good as
The eyes that I once had

My ears may need a little help,
Tho I can hear what people say,
May you remember what you thought of me
When you ask someone, someday.

We all grow old, in time we do,
Yet somehow, we remain the same.
The person who lives inside this soul
Has never really changed.

Someday you may ask someone what they see,
"An old woman," is what they might say,
But in your heart that won't be true,
Then you'll turn the other way.

Tears will fall at your sadness,
For who you are, they cannot see,
You may be old and a little worn,
Or even lonely you may seem to be.

Your back may hunch way over,
Glasses could rest upon your face,
Which may even be the reason for
Your slow and creeping pace.

Now, look at me young lady
Tell me what you see in me today,
I turned while crying and said to him,
"I see what God has made."

With his head hanging low,
I could see the teardrops fall,
He said in a silent voice to me,
"Thank you for seeing it all."

To thy delicate skin
Rose petals of satin
Like a paint brush
Sway across with gentle sweeps.

Rose petals of satin
Tingling sensations,
Begging for pleasure
Your gorgeous soul.

Tasting sweet desire
Passionate kisses
Pressing firmly
Blanketing thy lips

Thirsting for intimacy
Fill me up with YOU,
Like water fills a glass
Crystal clear, and pure.

Like the peak of a mountain
My body reaches
To the top, ecstacy,
Then falling down into sleep.

Love, you proclaim
Boastful and arrogant
Love, it's not
Imagination, maybe
or could it be
the belief that it's
LOVE?

Love, you hide
Scared and pathetic
Love, it's not
a desire, perhaps
or just the feeling
of guilt, so you pretend
it's LOVE?

Love, you know not
Selfish and greedy
Love, it's not
Feeling proud,
I sense, for you give
nothing in return
for my generosity
That of which is LOVE!!!!!

Be my guidance through this life
Teach me all I need to know
Hold my heart inside your soul
Teach it how to grow.

Please don't let me fall
Help me stand on my own feet
Touch my cheek when I am crying
Hold me softly as I sleep.

Each morning kiss me gently
Whisper in my ear
Hold my hand out in public
Always let me know you're near.

If ever I should stumble
Stand me slowly from my fall
Erase the embarrassment from my face
Like it never happened at all.

Just let me know you love me
A million times a day
Without a word from your mouth
I'll hear it when you say.

Life is but a short time
Too short to waste a day
Let's live it to the fullest
Live it for us come what may....

Love of my heart, why art thou far away
Doth thou not see, I live for thee today.
Heart beat of lonely, tears shed of grief
Why doth thou heart feel no relief?
Tortured by sadness, Showered with pain
Awakened by the sound of your name.
Thine ears are my comfort, my soul shall bear
Bring unto me truth, if thy love is there.
Shuttered with fear, trembling of doubt
From the roof tops, I want to shout out..
If only I could first make you see,
How much I want to love only thee.

As you sleep, peacefully
Into this night..
I wonder are you dreaming of me?

What thoughts transcend
Your wondrous mind..
The beauty of a rose in bloom?

What feelings entrap
Your heart so sweet..
Tis' a love so fair and true?

What creature so divine
Of God's creation..
Captured the heart of perfection?

What kiss, so gentle, yet sweet
Lips of the same embrace..
Encountered the sweetest of sweet?

What touch so passionate
Full of ecstacy..
Branded you forever hers?

What heart so caring and true
That of diamonds or gold..
Loved you enough, to win your heart?

What life, sweet existence, of eternity
Shall live beside you..
As the core of your heart, your everything?

Somewhere beneath the light of the moon,
Distance sings an unfamiliar tune,
Darkness captures the hearts of two,
Unleashing the desire,
Unknowing love so true.
Bound by the night,
knowing not what tomorrow brings..
Guaranteed a priceless memory,
for our two hearts to sing.
Captured in the essence,
The beauty of what we share...
Could it be the magical moments,
Knowing for each other we care?
Shall our lives become as one,
Journey together down the road of forever,
Or shall our hearts fall from each other,
Knowing our true feelings never?
To specify my love for you,
Would be a need for more than just words,
Hoping that through my heart and soul,
My love for you could be heard.

The rain becomes my clothing
Drenching me in it's sorrows
Even if the sun doth shine
The darkness still shall follow
The stars have lost their twinkle
The moonlight is cascaded
There is silence all about this world
While your body, from my sight, has faded
Although time will render all
Bring you safely back to me
The deadening stare I'm living in
Is all that I can see.

This morning when I woke up
and again, you were not here
I prayed you felt my arms
as they pulled you, oh so near.
I talked with you in silence
about the things we often forget
I prayed you heard my voice
and the words that my heart said.
I brushed your cheek with softness
and shared the love I feel for you
I prayed that in this hour of truth
your heart could feel me too.
This evening as I go to sleep
I'll pray that you are safe
In hopes that when we meet again
We'll rejoice that happy day.
