I do not speak of years to come,
I rarely speak of days.
I do not know
What tomorrow holds,
But let it come,
Come what may.

And should it hide
It's weary head,
And if, my friend,
My years should end,
My secrets are yours to hide,
When I am dead.

If your crazy in love then,

Describe to me what your feeling inside,,, way deep inside your heart,

Whenever I'm around,

Holding you so tightly each night.

And if you don't mind you can please tell me what your words are gonna be like.

Hopefully their sweet,

Just like the moonlight.

Just wait press and hold,

Cause our love sparkles like a waterfall,

So never say goodnight,

Till we pray.

Maybe soon we'll be sound asleep.

I hope you know you're the one who fills my life with greatest delights.

Understand me.

I swear I'll be the person to forever make you smile when you're sad.

I'll pride and praise you,

I'll even show how much I love your kisses that leaves me so forever breathless.

So sweet like stars,

I know exactly who you are,

Your my piece of complete happiness,

I'll say it again utterly loud.

And I promise to understand you in confidence.

Just explain to me what your truly feeling and dont hold back anything .

Don't worry If your ever cold  I'll get you a sweater  and I'll buy you a coke that should keep you warm and if not,

Then I'll pull you close only to hold you just a little more.

I promise to take care of you through the rough times.

Your never alone.

In this broken world.

so hard and breathless,

We can make it through this hell.

Just me and you together,

Hand in hand,

Smiling at each other.

Now tell me do you think that I'm the greatest
man you've ever met besides you dad?

Do I live up to your exceptions?

Are you flying like a shooting star?

Are you listing to what I have to say?

Most of all are you falling even more crazy in love with me today?

My Pride of joy
I hope forever that everything stays beautiful and unique.
This poem is for all you beautiful people that are so crazy in love...

I couldn't bring myself to tell you this.
It's selfish of me to wish you missed me now.
to wish you’d call me at five in the morning
asking if we could talk for a while.
I don’t want to ruin you this way.
How egotistical of me to wish for  weakness
to destroy you because you let me,
destroy you because you're willing.
And to think I would allow myself to do so
not because I still love you,
only because I can.
Why can't we pretend
The horns we hear
Are actually from steamboats
And,
The cars and trucks passing by
Are simply stray waves
Coming in from the beach
Lashing onto the roads
Lapping at the edges of the pavement
Just to say goodnight?

in rare moments of
instance
I find myself longing
for paintbrush strokes
& ink lines
pressed far down the length
of my spine
your willing human
canvas
at the cost of a loosely
carried dress
I hope you didn't mind
inviting all of my
mess
if at all you could
forgive my
shadow hurricane
I'll grace you with the
weather
& you'll be the king
of all the
rain.
You shone there like a watermelon in the sun
glistening gems of pink and black and white
and a variegated bowl of jade
sage and emerald and algae murk
   holds them like a hand
And the smell of you like summer and laziness
You pull longing from each of us like a
   tug-o-war
where we have given up
But the taste of you is like
       nothing
like a ghost of summer longing
a faded photograph of when we were
happy.
I turned the pages where I wrote down your name
Reading every line as the first time
Although each letter did not spell out the same
Your heart was in each word
In every rhyme

I read the depths of my own heart in verses
Reading every line as the first time
Although not a single word was rehearsed
Each letter spelled out your name
In my mind

I turned the pages where I wrote down your name
Reading every one as the first time
I wondered to myself if I still felt the same
If my heart still held each word close
To every rhyme

Then I turned the pages over and I took out my pen
Began writing every line as the first time
My heart began to sing as I read once again
That your heart was in each word
Of every rhyme

XXXVIII

First time he kissed me, he but only kissed
The fingers of this hand wherewith I write;
And ever since, it grew more clean and white,
Slow to world-greetings, quick with its ‘Oh, list,’
When the angels speak. A ring of amethyst
I could not wear here, plainer to my sight,
Than that first kiss. The second passed in height
The first, and sought the forehead, and half missed,
Half falling on the hair. O beyond meed!
That was the chrism of love, which love’s own crown,
With sanctifying sweetness, did precede.
The third upon my lips was folded down
In perfect, purple state; since when, indeed,
I have been proud and said, ‘My love, my own.’
