I write
   Because
      All these jumbled
           Emotions give me

Hiding the pain
Doesn’t make you feel better
Doesn’t make it go away
            Don’t bottle it up
                Set it free
                  Write poetry
                    Just like me

It may not make sense to you
        But it does to me
I wrote what I feel
        Even if it’s fantasy
Scattered emotions
        Filling my head
Better get it out
        Let it be said

Oxygen is to breathing
    As my
        Heart
           Is to you

Embrace me
       In your arms


We become one
        As we make sweet love


Eternally yours
          Always and forever


Whispering sweet words
            All through the night...

The world doesn’t exist

A wedding band is a symbol of your love for each other....

Until it is lost....

Husband says to me....
It’s just a ring
We are both still here
I love you...
We will get a new one if it is not found...

Now that’s a symbol of love

A dark place you may be
Add some water
Wait and see
Just because it’s dark right now
In due time, a glimmer of light
Will shine down
As you grow and bloom into something beautiful
You’ll look back and understand why
The dark place you were in was just a faze
To bring you the time you needed alone, sit back and gaze
Give you rest, build your strength and shine the light on you
When you were ready to bloom and grow...

Choosing sides
   Caught in the middle
         It’s about that time
              To just choose
                  To be on your own side

We all dream at night
Often we wake up remembering our dreams as vivid as ever, completely thinking they were real
Other times, we wake up not recollecting not one piece of the dream
Today I woke up and my dreams are compiled in my head because my head feels like it’s going to explode

       I really would like to know what I was dreaming about last night....
         Guess I will never know but I’ll revisit my dreams tonight
When I close my eyes oh so tight
        Allowing me to relive what I was dreaming about last night.....

Pick your path, it’s all for the best

Your path my lead you
    To a different route
       But follow your heart
          Everything else will follow suit

A hand covers my mouth
As I open my eyes
My heart beats out of my chest
I’m in such surprise
Should I fight what is happening
Or just stay still
Sometimes it’s fun
But this is no thrill
I’m attacked without notice
No one is around
Should I stay try and scream
Or fall slowly to the ground
I don’t know what is happening
I feel so helpless....

I come to realize
I am actually alone
Panic attack happening
What the **** is going on?
Dripping in sweat
Hot as hell
Silent screams as I try and yell
Cold dark room is what I feel
I look around hear or see nothing but

DEAD SILENCE...

Panic attacks are real
You feel someone or something there
But you have the struggle of you alone
Sometimes they are just too hard to bare

Look....
Way up in the night sky...
That shining star twinkling so bright...
That’s my dad waving and saying hello...
Dear Lord, do I miss him so...

When you see a twinkling star in the night sky
Look up smile, wave and say hi
It may be your loved ones or someone else’s
But it’s someone looking down from heaven saying hello and protecting you from high above...
Hello to all the shining and twinkling stars
Thank you for watching over us from a far

We all cry
Droplets of tears
That fall down our cheeks
Landing straight in our hands
Leaving an imprint on our hearts
Bottle up the emotions that fell from your eyes
Then you can look back years from now
You’ll be surprised
How many tears you’ve cried throughout the years
Making stronger of a person
Just by capturing your tears..
