Anxiety ridden
Hanging on the ledge
One foot off, I’m on the edge
Of losing my mind
There is no time
For me to retract these emotions of mine
I am strong but I am also human
Trying to let go of what cannot be changed
Positive and negative energy needs to exist
Which has made me become grateful of this bliss
Though it sounds odd, maybe strange
Yet, to me, this is perfectly sane

Walking in water
No footprints left behind
Walking in sand
Footprints appear
Yet when the waves come crashing in they disappear
Either way, seen or unseen, your path is still clear
Following your hearts desire will let your journey to have no fear, in what lies ahead…

Messages are dreams
If you can still remember them
Then it’s meant to be

Connectivity with no word to be said
Like an unwritten message with a hidden meaning to be transcribed
Thoughtful moments
Unspoken thoughts
Unraveling the conversations with a simple look
Willingness to break silence
Calming the air
Simplest laughter
Hearts full of friendship and love
Nothing is beyond compare

Tied together between the twisted words of the harsh reality called the past
Bound together like a broken mirror glued together, yet barely holding on
Slipping through the sands of time, unable to grasp the feeling of life
Yet, somehow, your here, holding the little fragments of your journey thus far
Culminated by snapshots and still photographs imbedded in your mind
Memories, so you call them, overflowing like a river running dry
Stepping stones guiding the way, jumping further distances, come what may
Weakness grows stronger
Stronger becomes better
Trying to grasp what maybe no longer
Yet, you are you, for many reasons above
