Grasp anything sharp in my fist
Press it to your skin
                           It’s pure bliss
Bubbles of blood start to seep out
Releasing your struggles
                   and
                        Self doubt

Take me back to my younger days
Where I danced and sang for hours everyday
Not having a care in the world except “does he know my name?”
Maybe one day my name will be in lights and I’ll rise to
               FAME
      Short and skinny
         Blonde hair blue eyes
Is all they saw, guess their just being “one of the guys”
If I could go back I would just be me
Following my heart dancing to reach my
               DREAMS

Internal feelings we don’t want to face
Filled like cobwebs in a dark cool place
Stores up like memory on a computer hard drive
Taking up such massive wasted space...

Delete the storage into the trash
Let it all go, don’t bring it up and rehash

Face your feelings but don’t hold back
Take a journey on a different track

We all have SCARS
Whether
         Physical
              or
          Mental
The difference is
If you chose to
Embrace them
Or hide them from the world

Electricity illuminating through the air
Small fireworks paint colors into the dark sky
Pure bliss for us to deliver our ideas
To light up the sky for everyone to see
