Adam Jones Dec 2014
My darkened mouth
A cob web cornucopia
Spiders anxiously await

My heart beats
But droplets on a pond
Beneath the water is swaying

my silent existence
Fluttering by
Like ribbons in the breeze
Adam Jones Dec 2014
A scarlet hue dances and twirls
My blood is heavy as an ocean
The world blurs and begins to swirl
Release me from thy poison

All the earths thorns sharpen at once
Still the golden sun has drowned me
This hypnotic motion in which i lust
The dream lacks serendipity

Sweetest rose with paragon eyes
I have slipped through the aforementioned
Softest skin glows as diamond skies
Ignore the truths in which i question
Adam Jones Jan 2015
Tell me, oh tell me
For I lust I must know
Why does my heart beat
And why does the wind blow

Processes keep repeat
monotony set on track
Dawn cracks stand *****,
To sleep again we drift back

I cannot see the grand makers hand
All I can know are his sheep and his land
The body is in motion the face shadowed and veiled
Try and try to understand our explanations failed
Adam Jones Jan 2015
As it was, it was only a thin paper wall
Culminating a firey froth
Warm pulp leaks past the surface
Pooling in my hand
Rufescent embers crackling
Powder soft like sunny wind
Soon I will be the bitter breeze
Adam Jones Jan 2015
Waves of maggots
Swimm in oceans of rot
We spread and multiply like fungus
Dull the many minds
Nullify the lower kind
Post your face and deify
What a shame
The masses maimed
The horse is wearing stilts

You gave it stanzas so therefore it must be poetry
