I planted seeds of words
They blossomed into poetry.
Follow this path love,
And find your way to me.

And my heart says,
“Let’s go. Don’t turn back
My love, you’ve had enough.”

Break the heart, feel the pain
Feel the words, that came pouring in.

I moved forward
Stepping into
The broken pieces
Of my heart
My feet bled
The pain searing
Through the depths
Of my soul.

She said, “I miss you”
He did nothing
She asked, “What do i need to do?”
He answered, “Forget everything.”
He said, “Erase your feelings.”

I wonder of all the what-could be's
I daydreamed of the if's and maybe's.

With so much sadness in my eyes
My lips doesn't want to utter goodbyes
But I cannot tell myself any lies.
My heart cannot carry your memories anymore
These ears does not want to hear your voice,
It's making me fall harder than ever before.
My soul is tired from screaming your name
But you never heard it
So I'm afraid to do it again.
I'll erase all the made-up fantasies I made
This stocked ideas, I will let it all fade
This is me walking away from you
Because I need to save myself too.
This is me letting you go
I am closing my feelings
I will never let it show.
