Which Lips?
OnlyEggy Jan 2011
You know that poem about your lips?
And the one about your soft caress?
Those doesn't apply to tonight
My thoughts are not slow, not gentle
The softness of your touch
Throw that out the window
I want it to be rough
Forget the foreplay
Lets just start the play
Tonight, I'll let you pick
Want the handcuffs, without the key
Or do you want the stiffness in a whip?
Forget the bed, take it to the floor
Give you a spank, and those headlights,
I'll get a grip untill they're sore.
If you must have a good kiss
Then I must ask you, girl
Which lips should I give this kiss?
Is it the control you crave?
Well then, cowgirl, load the gun
Grab the bearings and give them a roll
Tonight, let's let it out and have some fun
We can go on a mission, happy trails
Take it to the couch or even the table
Leave welted streaks with your nails
Turn up the radio to drown the moans
Back up and head down, we can mimic the dogs
Pillow, headfirst to muffle the groans
To the edge of the bed, make it wet
I don't want it easy, darling
All I really want is to get
That shirt off your chest
Those jeans off your ***
Those curves are the best
Lets not let this opportunity pass
I don't want it easy, baby
My thoughts are not gentle, not slow
So come on woman, lets go!

Seas Steal, Seize Steel
OnlyEggy Jan 2011
I can see, in your sea
what I threw, went right through
your lack of class, so get to class
you flea, you flee
fear will show, fear the show
for busted acts, four battle ax
an eerie moan, an eerily mown
level plane, yet too plain
so start the rite, so start to write
your words to savor, you worried saver
and this I saw, and with this saw
cut to sear, seek the seer
a spirit pryed, an unleashed pride
giant gorilla, stealthy guerrilla
so send the pros, we speak in prose
you leave your prince, you leave your prints
simple minds racked, simply mind wracked
so slow your roll, know your role
kneel and pray, kneel you prey
you maid from Rome, you'remade to roam
with worn sole, with warn soul
spirit's cold, under coaled
start the fire, weapons fire
send the horde, send the ******
forget the gaffe, remember the gaff
speed for the gate, speed is the gait
if death feign, or if death fain
let you pass, or may you pass

Let It Die
OnlyEggy Jan 2011
Let it fall, let it die
Give it up, go and cry
Forget the fears
Shed your tears

For you'll be the wiser
You'll be the stronger
Conflict makes us grow
So **** it up and let it go

Let it fall, let it die
Give it up, fail and try
we'll weep at length
But it'll give us strength

We will be the wiser
And through blurred visor
We see the lesson learned
These scars are well earned

Moving at the speed of slow
comfortable in this minor pace
Approaching my ultimate goal
mesmerized at the escalator's glow
green lit stairs on this moving staircase
taking me up with its mechanical soul

Being coddled my entire life, this is normal
no need to exert any unneeded energy
following the fast track without intent to stop
parents paid for a school that is formal
educated privately into the business synergy
gray suits and fortune await for me at the top

With a screech and a ****, the beast halts
accidents happen, but how do we react?
With my escalator stopped, how do I proceed
Without trial by fire, conflict, or faults
Unprepared and contemplating this life impact
I sulked in anger, blaming others that I won't succeed

I see the goal at the top, but its distance is intimidating
How do I reach for that goal if this escalator is broken?
I've never moved forward one complicated step in my life
The terrain is not difficult and the path isn't winding
Then I heard a voice, (my own thoughts?), softly spoken
'It's a staircase you idiot, take a step, you're hardly in strife'

Moving At Pawn Speed
OnlyEggy Jan 2011
I was running full speed
with hands a-blur
Legs moved at warp speed
but I couldn't be sure
That my mind kept the same speed
as initially procured
Subtle hints in their voiced word speed
that my lungs endure
At the pace of vocal cords and their speed
to a heart that's pure
While I raced at the pace in the fast lane at full speed
I was ignorant for sure
To the signs of the fissures that form when spirits break at this speed
too small to see in this blur
So I raced for the carrot hung at the end of this rope, where we move at break neck speed
Like a pawn on a skewer
Where I was lead to believe, but it's hard to be certain when you're moving at this speed
Where's the truth on the lure
On the line of lies that they casted out of the reel of hope where the victims speed
As my face shows the fissure
From the hits I have taken by the promise of the shelter of a slower speed
Realized faith in the sewer
I slow enough to read the signs missed at my blistering speed
A shock to be sure
Led by misguided voice that speaks at light speed
from the mouths of the cur
NO U-Turn, maintain current speed
but there is no future
And as I started to lower the speed
their words were fewer
Traveling at old fool speed
I was now sure
That life's speed
was nothing but manure

Unlocking Your Body

Four to the right...
More of the wine tips itself
I indulge myself a little more
Not forgetting to watch you sip away
Days stressed melt with a lipstick stain
          *Click!

Healthily imprinted on the side of a glass
Eyes glowing exceptionally in the candle light
As I run my fingers through the finest
Radiant, silky hair that slips through
Trembling fingers of a man with class
          Three to the left...
S miling brightly, your lips start to beg
Ovations to success as your eyes close
Ushering the urge to lean in, I pause
Listening to your slow desperate breathing
          Click
Startled by my own confidence
Pursed lips slowly collide in fashion
I am struck by the aggression of the action
Running fingers down the back of a dress
I can feel the tingling sensation of the skin inside
Trying to scream out in needed satisfaction
          One to the right...Click!
By the pressing of your body against mine
Oscillation of rhythmic breathing ensues
Drunk off the softness of my touch
You slowly drop one ******* your black dress

I Want a Dog's Life
OnlyEggy Jan 2011
Sometimes I wish I were a dog
What a life that would be!
I would only care about
Whatever was in front of me.
I would eat for free and ask for a snack
and I wouldn't watch my waist
or worry about my hips or back.
And when nature's duty calls
I won't really care about who can see
I will just finish up and look for tennis *****.
There will never be a time crunch
except for digging for old bones
and reminding them about my lunch.
I'll pass the time watching a bird
And nobody who sees me will look at me
and chuckle, laugh, or call me absurd.
Oh how great it would be to be a dog!
To stare at my reflection in anger
for it to only be seen as cute
while I'm convinced the shadow is a danger.
And staring at my own *** isn't conceded
as I growl at my own tail
until my energy is completely depleted.
Then I will nap where I please
and the only time I take a bath
is when I am itching with fleas.
After I'm clean then its dinner time
where I can be as picky of an eater-
as I wish, while scraps are claimed as mine.
And when I lay down for the night
I'll stay on guard on my pillow or bed
and I'll keep an eye open for any intruders insight.
*Yep! How easy a life that would be!

Wings of an Angel
OnlyEggy Jan 2011
When the time nears
And the last breath is a blink away
From a warm touch to a cold stare
I want to be there
To hold your hand
To feel your heart beat
To let you know
That in my heart, soul, and mind
Your memory will always reside
And when His hand takes you away
When the only beating left
Is my tears on the floor
I'll see what life holds in store
And while my heart is sore
I know I can be sure
That an angel sits upon my shoulder
With the familiar smell of your skin
And the sweet sound of your advice
Whispering through my being
And while you suffer no longer
I know I'll survive because
You'll Find me
Guide me
Comfort me
From my heart, your heart beats
From my dreams, your memories sing
From my soul, your soul does sleep
With the wings of my angel
I'll be lifted by your spirit
Forever comforted under the halo
While I look at Heaven from below

Petals on Black-Tipped Roses
OnlyEggy Jan 2011
Screams of the deranged
Into the night, full of fury
Black tipped roses arranged
Into a vase, ribbon laced
Medicated mind, controlled
Within the one to be used
Experimental abuse, skin cold
Sand slips down the time-keep

"Do it." whispers the black-tipped petals of roses

Whispering thoughts of the ******
Is this love?     Yes
Ropes tied tighter with a lustful hand
Bruises reaching inner soul
Soul of a single rose is dropped
As a loving plea is softly spoken
Fading voice immediately popped
Pleasure for the drugged mind

"Do it!" chuckles the blackening petals of roses

Slowing sands in the time-keep, felled
Sobering mind on drugged love
Unmedicated reality unveiled
Sorrowful hands loosen bands
Crows flurry in flight, startled
As sobs of hurt fight the drugs
worthless     blur is fading, unfurled
Bodies on the floor of pain
Shouts of anger as a soul slipped
Was it lust? Was it drugs?
Medicated hell was dipped
Too far? Too dark?
Breath of life gasps, forced

"Do it!" hisses the reddening petals of roses

Promises are made, real or hoaxed?
Liar
Was it life saved or life spared?
If promise of healing is true
Then life has been saved
But if the fallacy of the addicted
Proves to be too strong to resist
Then the sands will flow uncorrected
And the roses shall again fade to black.

Rebel Divine
OnlyEggy Jan 2011
As the singer sings his last tune
And the last dancer vacates the ballroom
The forest's divine string their bow
Preparing the hunt of evil, hate, and woe
In the air are sounds of grinding teeth
And swords are drawn slowly from sheath
Out of the trees extends a shadowed glow
While in their guts, the uneasiness does grow

The parliament speaks with the gnashing of jaws
While the public stands impatient with sharpened claws
For the prophets to sing them another lie
And the puppets to dance it's truth to their eye
While they stand idle for their ears to be fed
The rebelled divine load an arrow of blackmail and lead
With sights set upon the political beasts of Nations
Tonight, the hunters will over-step their station

Where does curiosity cross the line?
When did searching become sublime?
Your shifty movements all the time
cause me to search for what you hide
Is this paranoia, or am I fine,
'cuz these chills I have run though my spine
only happen when you are online

Hiding your screen so I can't see
keeping you cellphone away from me
deleted messages after I plea
new accounts without knowledge by me
What is this, who is he?
I know he's a friend, but can he be
who you think about other than me?

Is he over whenever I'm gone
Tell me I'm crazy, tell me I'm wrong
prove it to me, 'cuz I'm not that strong
the composure I hold is only a song
but it won't hide my anger and sadness for long
Why so secretive, tell me whats wrong
I need to know before my paranoia is drawn

I love you so much to do what I do
but how can I trust with these things that you skew
Searching your phone and your social accounts to
silently straining when the phone rings too
hoping to prove my fears are not true
Left to decipher if I'm crazy or if it's you
While praying my paranoid mind doesn't shine through

Wonderland

When they say 'Winter Wonderland'
which winter and from what land?

Is it the one from the North?
where the temperatures are low
the snow is heavy and the icicles grow
The frost covered windows works to ensure
you'll stay inside with hot cocoa and a s'more
Where toys are unwrapped and then put away
to be used on a future warm spring day

Is it the wonder of the East?
Where the snow is light and wet
and the thermostat reads 'cold', and yet
bonfires in the fields and roasted marshmallows
and picking the last petal on a rose mallow
to be place on the wreath hung on the wall
made of remnants of memories of the last fall

Or could it be the wintery West?
Where the locals are wearin' sweaters
as they play in the chilled weather
where the stiff, cool breeze creates a shiver
across houses decorated in gold and silver
as people come to visit family and friends
and dream of staying till'  summer's end

Or maybe it's the wonderful South?
Warm and sunny all year round
where Santa stays when not suited and gowned
where the fires stay lit, but only for effect
outside, off of giant couches, families defect
and shaken snow-globes provide the only snow-filled day
So where, pray tell, does your winter wonderland lay?

Waiting for Santa
OnlyEggy Dec 2010
White snow falls onto the roofs
as we strain to hear reindeer hoofs
hoping for some of the Christmas joys
that Santa brings to good girls and boys
We dream of the toys that his helpers made
Trucks and dolls, trains and *****
stockings stuffed with goodies and the jingle of bells
and the many boxes wrapped by elves

The room cools as the fire dies
and we strain to not close our eyes
but we slowly drift away into dreams
visions of the North Pole and it's magical things
and when we wake in the morn' sun
we find the milk and cookies gone
with presents stacked under the tree
and stockings full of fun and glee

White snow falls onto the roofs
but we didn't hear reindeer hoofs
yet we know Santa came with Christmas joys
and he shared with all of the girls and boys

To the One who watches all
Please let this darkness fall
To give me strength to make

And then there is you
your bladed mind ran through
yet standing so tall
but looking so small
with your spirit tumbled
but still not humbled
by the sound of the glaives
from the tongues of knaves
where the hurt and the pain
join the bleak and the vain
in the choir of the dark
as you re-embark
on the road of deserters
where pothole subverters
and their petty warmongers
look to curb all your hungers
as you look for salvation
but find the starvation
of hatred's embraces
as history retraces
the same path that I'd taken
but was forsaken
by the rock that shook
as my pride it took
and I found no dawn
following the fallen pawn
where I lay down to die
and yet up you fly
climbing over bodies begot
with distances I just could not
and as you run through your life
full of misery and strife
remember the folly of the few
who fell to the dark before you

The Bearded Bald Men

Wobbling three legged tables
where the bearded bald men are
sitting upon the legs of standing chairs
while telling local tales heard abroad
recalled from memories long forgot

Like stories from a ******* genius's journal
read in public by the town's blind doctor
clearly translated by a girl who was mute
to a man listening with old deaf ears

Or the one of the parched fisherman drowning
who was seen from a distance by a nearsighted man
that sent his lame messenger running to get help
and was reeled in by the fish he had caught on his line.

But none were as simply complicated
as the one of the bearded bald men
whose sitting stools stood tall as they sat
and whose three legged table wobbled.

Soldiers Toil
OnlyEggy May 2010
We march onward, seemingly forever
To carry out our nations endeavor
To protect our religion and our freedom
From our enemies and their heathendom
We do not want to give our lives for you
But we fight for a nation, so may our weapons strike true

The Plot (A Dogs Tale)
OnlyEggy May 2010
You stare as he sleeps
plotting your next move
to recapture his place
and the end of the room
where he lays his head
on his soft pillow
jealous of the sound
of his snores, loud they billow

You have learned his habits;
his tricks and his traits,
what gets him alert
and what makes him sedate.
So you wait and you plan
so sinister and cruel
to get that sleeping dog
to wake up and drool

You set your plan in motion
by licking your food bowl
according to the plan
in a move so foul
and he wakes and moves
to see whats for dinner
and when he moves you steal
his bed of pillows, and you're the *winner!
Events that take place daily between my intelligent dog Bella and her brother, (and less intelligent) Hansel.

The Flame
OnlyEggy Apr 2010
Flames

So bright
so high
giving birth
to  heat
warmth giving
breath stealing
wonder and awe

Flames

Man's pain
destroyer of hope
life stealing
pain dealing
crushing, burning
families broken
memories gone
colors mocking
it crackling song

Flames

Bringing together
bon-fires
get togethers
thrilling, grilling
meats turning
corn popping
chocolate delights
lovers ignites
cuddles, snuggles
without struggles

Past life, Present love
OnlyEggy Apr 2010
I remember the time
that our love was strong
and we thought of the future
never pausing, never wrong
about the feelings we had
singing our love song

But distance separated
and the past became the foreword
and we met new people
and our lives continued onward
finding ourselves new loves
so we could move forward

We are happy where we are
but sometimes I think
of what could have been
should have been, us on the brink
spending the rest of our lives
together, two hearts in sync

And when I am with the one
who I am going to be with forever
for the rest of eternity, I am strong
but when I was alone I would still favor
the thoughts of us, longing to be
oblivious, just longing to endeavor

It was hard for me to live
with a heart that is torn apart
between the love of your life
and the love of your heart
wishing we could go back
and give our life a restart

I realize that we can never be
but I am not upset, fate has align
I am faithful to the core, tried and true
And this pain her touch can make resign
And while your face is in my dreams
when I wake I kiss the face of my Caroline

Blocks of Writers
OnlyEggy Apr 2010
There is no subject
no process of mind
to assist my thoughts
in writing this ryme

No direction for the words
for my thoughts are locked
in this curse for writers
the minds writer's block

Maybe this will help
maybe a good sign
this little nonsense poem
will help my next ryme

Songs of the Past
OnlyEggy Apr 2010
They don't understand
the feeling I get
when I hear those songs
the memories that come
remembering the rights
and also the wrongs

They take me back
to a time when feelings
ran strong though my soul
and I stop what I am doing
close my eyes and remember
shuddering with chills like it's cold

They don't understand
that for every time
every moment of strife
there was a song that was playing
to remind me later
of those times in my life

The Sound of Beautiful
OnlyEggy Apr 2010
So beautiful the sound
of the slap
as its pain insures
the existence of life

So beautiful the sound
of the screams
as its breaths explain
the pains of life

So beautiful the sound
of the cries
as its echos
breathe for a new life

So beautiful the sound
of the sobs
of the new mother
echoing in joy of her newborn's life

Does (Not) Grow on Trees
OnlyEggy Apr 2010
I have been told
that the evils of the world
did (not) come from an apple
that we did (not) pick from trees

I have been told
that the evils of our world
does (not) come from money
because money does (not) grow on trees

I have been told
that the evils of the children
can (not) stem from our past
as they can (not) be traced on family trees

I have been told
and I do (not) believe
because I do (not) think I can change
who plants the seeds from the trees

The Shelter Dog
OnlyEggy Apr 2010
You walk in
eyes glancing
searching
judging
our coats
and its many colors
and our sizes
and our injuries
and our problems

You walk in
ears straining
sorting
searching
judging
through the sounds
of whining
and begging
and excitement
and anger

You walk in
with your ears
and your eyes
and you judge
too hyper
too scared
too hurt
too angry
too excited
and you say that we
are too sorry

And you stop
at the little one
sitting pretty
not barking
not excited
not sad
not angry
and you judge
that this one
is the perfect one
and so the little one
gets a new home

I see you
walking out
and I ask
what makes me
not pretty
not funny
not cute
not perfect
and I am
puzzled
confused
scared
but not of you
because I,
unlike you,
do not judge

Memories
OnlyEggy Apr 2010
I toss them in
one by one
watching with sorrow
as the flames
catch the corners
of the pictures
in my fireplace
turning its happy orange glow
into a blue and green show

I close my eyes
and remember the days
where those pictures
were taken by me
Days so joyful
and I try not to think
of the sorrow they now bring

Since the day you left
our world of breathing
I have blamed others
for your sudden leaving
and as the pictures burn
I realize that I secretly
blamed me too
and then I know
that as the pictures burn
again I am killing you

I reach into the flame
and try to save the pictures
but the flames hot on my face
and it warmth warns
of the pain it is willing to inflict
I wasn't willing to burn
for you then

but I reach in anyways
because I am willing
to burn for you now
and I pull out one photo
where the edges have caught
but I smile anyway
for the second chance
to save you
even if it is
just a memory

The Comb-Over
OnlyEggy Mar 2010
When the age gets up there,
and you start to dispair,
when you look in the mirror,
and your lack of your hair...

Do not cry or whine
as your dome starts to shine
there are thing you can do
to make you look fine

If you are good with your age some
then grab a comb
and comb your hair over
the bald spot on your dome

If you don't mind extra attention
then shave it for inspection
then grab the wax
and wax for good reflection

But if shaving and combing like that
have you worried that they will laugh at
the big spot on your head
then just put on a hat.
My take on my math instructor and his awesome comb-over.

Insomniac Minds
OnlyEggy Feb 2010
Laying in bed
restless, wide awake
staring at the ceiling
with wide eyes shut

Mind wanders
moving slowly as it sprints
wide eyed, chasing dreams
while the darkness stays put

Tossing, turning
never moving, always shifting
the mind never sleeps
while hoping it that it finds

Always dreaming
of dreaming dreams
that never come to the ones
with the insomniac minds

Unmotivated Pain
OnlyEggy Feb 2010
You go on your own
But you don't want to
Its crowded and loud
And the groaning and moaning
Only serves to dishearten you

You're told that is good to go
But the pain your body feels
Tells you that's not so
You can leave if you want
But you don't want to appear weak

When you finally decide to quit
Your body beaten down and sore
There is no sense of accomplishment
Just the nagging pain in your limbs
That tells you you can't take much more

You shuffle your feet
As you head to the door
Trying not to show any pain
And concentrating on not falling to the floor
As you get into your car
And wonder,

Why did I join a gym?
