Sometimes the earth beneath my feet shudders
And I feel in the depth of despair a longing for

Magical forest with brambles
And mazes on the edge as
She dreams the day away

Flitting about in a white dress
Sunshine turning her long red
Plaits to shimmering gold and
Translucent wings unfolding

The blue sails of my bedroom

Watching with a furrowed brow

The black dog beckons his spiteful
Realm into the darkening evil night
Again alive to speak dangerous words
To a frightened troubled forlorn soul
And under the blue I try to set my sail
Through stinking sludge sticking glue

An eagle soars the sky seeing the whole
As the current of life flows through
Seeking all the beauty with soulful eyes
Listening to earths own  hearts song

Nature can teach us so many things
We should accept with gratitude
Mirrors of honesty acknowledge the sights
Stardust shimmers in unlimited time

Unconditional love the highest form
An abundance overflowing to all
It's bliss beautiful gentle and caring
Expressed so well in nature's devine

The spell of the folding star
Fortells the line of beauty
As the unknown becomes
The hammock and the
Broken knot the post

Cloud pink above the rockery
Grey fingers of twilight too
Resolving into the nooks
Across paths as ideas seen
Not given a chance to bloom

A silence of simply gliding
Birdseye view of all below
Total control of all you see
High above the clouds of woe

Patchwork quilt of love and joy
Great expanse in peace of mind
Magic landscape of beauty's all
Only air and breath around to find

Soaring lifes bends and curves
Hovering valley summiting hill
Forgiving contours of the man
Forever moving amazingly still

Out of this world inside my head

Oceans past and many more to see

Five  coloured coral moons await me
In a deep  sea of liquid gold
The wise ones who  will carefully tutor
They are my ancestors of old

The first to rise was was pure white
With the  softnees that is peace
Love acceptance and knowledge resides
In smiles that can not cease

Next to show was the purple globe
It's precious rays delicate and calm
Inspiration and good judgement
Will be my daily creative balm

Following on was sunny yellow
Shining her beams of hope
Innocent happy and light-hearted
Helping my new world to cope

Then came orange fun bright and bold
Spraying me with her vigorous zest
Stimulating alive on top of the world
Splendidly alert to all that is best

Last to rise was the blood red moon
Crimson streaks for all to see
Raging passion desire and lust
With just a touch of intimacy

Devious deceitful dialogues
Decrepit desperate dithering
Detailed demonic deliveries
Disgusted demoralised dirges

Languidly loving longings
Lustful liberated labido
Lavacious liquidity laudable
Legendary loyalty lengthens

You've brought your smile
Into my eyes and removed
Teardrops

Blue planet eyes spinning
In the galaxy of his skull

Our garden reflects
Heaven on earth
But overgrown
Brambles
Strangle

Only through casting your inevitable care and worries
To the true source of love can a partnership remain
On the highest spiritual plane possible for us

Friends are like a second family chosen by us for us
And in our minds and hearts we surround them
With the white blue light of forgiveness and love

Our family can help us feel peace and love allowing
Us to live in the warm light of happiness and security
For family is all we need  in our wonderful world

Something has broken inside of me

Tasting your mind loving it's flavour

Strange glistening eyes
Gaze directed inwards
Bitter sweet lethargy

Still as an ice statue
Can't imagine infinity
Life curls on threads
Of Justice and mercy

Bodies touching but
A void between souls
Tender cry of the alone
Stuffed full with empty

Assurances of bliss are
Realy just fairy stories
Invisible to the eyes it
Receeds shamefaced

There is a weariness of fairy tales
A magical desire to just surrender
To sleep dark and seamless space
And let the gaze follow the black

Shifting sand with nothing to hold
Onto,dust falling through fingertips
The gap in the curtains showing the
Black dog the way to a saddened soul

Smooth sea that never made a sailor
Years of education that never taught
How to love yourself or have dignity
Or how to nurture with open hearts

A child's high voice sounding like
A spash of pennies falling together
A life waylaid by regret drowning
In shadows,untruths and uncertainty

In my magic land of make believe
My hair is blonde my eyes are blue
My fertile body is strong and young
Your love for me is honest and true

Restless yearning brings glass tears
To eyes blinded by regret

The deep crimson sea speaks to my soul
As I imagine dipping
Into her healing womb
Then allow her power and beauty
To gently bathe my broken spirit

Mystery seemed to attach itself to him
Years ago when the dream was new he
Had known he was looking for someone
That he had to go in the right direction

No matter how many times he dreamt
He just couldn't seem to find them and
Eventually he always found himself lost
Snipped out of reality with sharp scissors

His mind shied away like a horse refusing
To jump and his memories in the dark
We're shiny threads that swayed and
Moved almost ready to snap with sorrow

Held tenderly within  angel wings
He released his most inner secrets
And I silently wept for the strong
Hard man with the child in his eyes

Allow yourself to spontaneously
Celebrate love and its glorious colours

Do not believe all the things you tell yourself
So resolutely outside times usual rhythms
When floating on the outer edge of living
Use your minds ability to toss up flecks of
The past further into the tunnel of long gone

Let those silent tears ,damp and glistening
Settle into an abstract sideshow of your own
With ingenious certitude and unstoppable
Force ,let misgivings fall away with due pomp
No matter how high the cold winds may blow

Your sleeping like a chrysalis
I'm listening to your rhythm
So light easy in the moment
Beautiful serene and sleepy
Protected  by a blanket cocoon

Cuddling up I tell precious tales
Like sea breathing it's vastness
The seaweed just tattered rags
Swishing gravel sizzling foam
Logs scoured smooth over years

Broken glass  oceans sugar candy
Pebbles giving away their secrets
An abyss of turquoise from below
Above seagulls plaiting winds hair
Closing my eyes my dreams begin

Doing the right thing even when no one is watching
                                 That's  integrity

Joy springs from appreciating the gifts
Within each and every precious moment
Joy allows you to attract and create
Your present and future moments
At their highest best and possible levels
Look past your mistakes and see the
Eternal flame of joy within yourself
Joy is our highest energy form it's the
Magical sense that everything is possible

Ribs become cages for wild animals

Time to set aside work awhile
Playfulness , gaiety and laughter
Gives all a new perspective as
Our tired souls cry out for fun

Simple pleasures ,moments spent
In stillness,laughing with friends
Or watching that funny movie again
Play and fun balance our daily lives

We deserve happiness and enjoyment

So stop what your doing right now

To receive first you must give
The universe operates in cycles
Optimal health and energy and
Replenishment needs balance

Inhalations  and exhalations
The acts of giving and taking
Ensures we maintain the rythm

Tuesday was a good day
I awoke early naturally to
The sweet sound of birds
Singing their morning tune
And their joy made my joy

Then I heard the terrible news
In Brussels people were dying
And my heart went out to them
Feeling disgusting shame that we
As humans do that to each other

Words and hearts should
Be handled with care
For words when spoken
And hearts when broken
Are so hard to repair

I want to sit and read for
It gives me great pleasure
Without thinking I'm needed by someone

I want to revise from history
Text books purely for education
Without ever having to take tests or exams

I want to colour my world
In fantastic neon colours
Without ever seeing a dull grey or black

I want to trust my lovers arms
Safe in knowing the strength
Without the pain of jealousy or letting go

I want to love with all my heart
Allowing myself the highest joy
Without the worry of  being smashed or broken

We met in the sun's warm presence
Under the old clock towers time
It's like we have always known
Each other as we merge together

Clouds seemed to cross his brow
Clustered at first in nervous knots
Ghostly shadows in full moons
Black bats silently brushing by

Knowledge knows what was
Intuition reveals what can be
Love lost to love and he wonders
Which star she watches him from

Alone he is a fading flower bud
A pantry empty of nourishment
Together they were a blooming
Garden filled with rainbow colors

On distant shores souls await
