investigation

a poem
a song
in the aroma
alone

I swallow
and allow the flow
take me home

Nothing just happened
again
Despite my best efforts

She and her and her
again
at some distance

why won't they listen
again
to my angry outcries
again

I am plastic
a vessel
a moment ago
I was choosing
to enjoy any moment
I might have

a sad poem

and felt
crushed
