Don’t remind me of thee, whose memory shall never pass,
I shall create a edifice, which will never be cross.
In the memory of whom I have cried all night,
Those days I shall never want.
Of thee whose memories I can never erase,
The fondness of whose will never cease.

I sat on the couch,
In tears but with a smile.
Happy and satisfied,
Relieved of the stress I’d carried for a while.

Afraid of being alone,
I would sit and often cry;
But now I found hands of some,
happy to walk with me.
I hoped to be happy in loneliness;
But was happy with a group around.

A long way I have yet to walk,
But I have overcome with the fear.
The fear that’s been eating me for years now;
Has now breathed to death.
I am free bird ,
Whose feathers have now stretched;
Flying towards the sky,
Believed to fly up and down,
But now never to lose hope again.

The life of my beloved,
Has piled under the snow.
The warmth within my heart,
Has turned cold.
The tears mourn for his life,
And the scream of grief it left behind.
Halt the world,
For it has brought pain to my love.
I shall vow the world may crumble,
For it would know what err it has done..

I woke up in the middle of the night,
A ghost was sitting by my side.
He asked, “How was your sleep?”
I replied, “Why are you looking at me like a creep?”
“I wanted to know if you had a good sleep.”
“Well, not with someone watching me.”
“Shall I sing you a lullaby ?”
“I wish you’d just go away.”
“Well, I only came to say Hi.”
“Do you really need a reply?”
“No, my work here is done.”
As he left, my breath returned, and my eyes opened wide.
