Let her
Devanshi Tomar Oct 2016
'Let her fly;
High into the sky.
Let her spread her wings,
And hum the songs which she loves to sing.

Let her see the world wide and clear;
Let her demolish all her fear.
Let her be the light that surrounds the world,
And have that royal air that melts people away with the wave of her curl.

Let her be one of a kind;
Let her be the girl that shines.
She will be the star of everyone's eye;
For that let her over come her cover of shy.

Finally let her go;
And never let her touch that ground low.

He Is My Everything
Devanshi Tomar Aug 2016
With glossy eyes I see;
'our' past that unfolds before me.
the scattered memories we shared,
To let them go I feel scared.

He was never meant for me;
yet I wonder how marvelous we'd actually be.
He never knew me personally,
yet I love him solemnly.

Red was the colour I love on him;
He had that sparkle which never dim.
Waiting after all these years I seek,
the truth hidden deep inside him which never speaks.

Pretending oblivious towards my feelings;
He left me alone with all the dealing.

Thousand Years
Devanshi Tomar Jul 2016
With all her might she cry;
Till her eyes goes all dry.
Waiting for the one she love,
Unfortunately he disappeared in the sky above.

Tossing and Turning all night;
Praying for him to come in sight.
Deep in thoughts she's again,
Going down the memory lane.

The way he laughed, the way he smiled;
All his naughtiness competing a child.
Remembering all those memories again,
She cries the tears of pain.

On the day of his departure not a single tear in her eye;
because she finally knew where he'd fly.
A smile creeping on her face ear to ear;
Because their love will live on for  thousand year!

"Wind moves in her mighty way;
Plucking along the flowers so gay.
Red,Green,Yellow and blue;
Flowers singing mellow tune as they flew.

Mountain, River,Plateau and plain;
Flower flying above them as they compete the slowing train.
Purple,White,Black and Grey,
Flowers mesmerizing people as they fly away.

Flying as they land on a park's bench;
Rainfall making them all drench.
Silver,Pink,Violet and brown,
'what if I make them in a crown?'

Says the girl who picks them all;
Not letting any single of them fall.
And as their journey came to an end,
They all adorned the girl's head as a new trend.
