Hey, I am Bipolar, but I am also a 25-year-old guy who totally normal, and I often forget to say my name is Sam, we are always stating what our illness and struggles are first rather than our names and what are values are. I feel that sharing your stories with others, help those people who aren't feeling very strong on that day, I have them days... or too often, but I am thankful for everyone around me. I am driven into spreading the word to others that its ok to not be ok, it does not mean you are different, strange, freaky, weak, mad, ill, dangeous, damaged or useless, you aren't!! believe it or not, you are super strong, as you fight and are at war every day, but still stand with everyone else. To me, you are a fighter and a soldier and for those who aren't with us due to the darkness being too strong, I stand with those people and carry a light to know, you will be remembered... through your hardship and the memories people have of you.
