It's been months since I played it,
The guitars have my exams in their way,
They miss me at Karnal just as I miss them here at Rohtak.

The strings crave to be played - to be touched by me,
It's high time that I played it so the tuning must be long lost,
The hollow & the pickups feel lonelier in my memory without me & strings missing my touch.

I must hold them in my hands and write musical notes with them,
I will make the strings my pallet & strum them in rhythm while I sing,
I will apologize to my guitars for having ignored them knowingly.
Both of my guitars are properly packed in their covers. But still both of them - the acoustic and the electric guitars - might have gathered dust. And so the title is justified.

I have a third guitar as well which I no longer play.

My 500th poem is dedicated to the she who I love to play guitar for, my guitars themselves and my parents who are wondering when I am next going to oblige the guitars by at least tuning them.

How do I spend this little money,
For I feel shy while spending it...

If I had more than few pennies,
Then I would buy you bunnies..

I would have liked that more,
If I brought you few more pennies.

Shy, I am just so very shy,
Your eyes have been so sly..

You tried some previously in the hotel,
With guys from Surat & Rohtak...

But all I have in the night now is my *****,
How about making away with mine!?

You're experienced already as you've said,
Now should you not give a try to mine!?
Droņa has a shorter but stout-er phallus around the national average of 6 inches long.

You have seen mine and I have seen you inside out too.

Still you cheat on me, it's your wish.

I am really in the process of moving out of your horrible memories but this tinnitus and the vertigo wouldn't just get subdued.

Not many would better understand than me the meaning of first hand serving experience.

I volunteered and used to teach in a group called 'Swapan' (run by the social service group Nishqam of CITM Faridabad, now known as MRIU) which undertook imparting laborers' kids free education.

I don't believe in donating because I don't earn yet, but I volunteer whenever I am able to go out to their world. I just wait for the right time I get to be in contact with such people.

What I did in Swapan program was more than just teaching; we used to take care of their health by getting them periodic vaccination, by having them attend a regular school near our college, getting their fees deposited, organizing events for mustering funds for the same and many more.

But at the end of my 2nd year I met a serious accident, just prior to my 4th semester B.Tech-Biotech exams which pushed me into a 23 day coma; I was close to death. But I didn't lose my spirit even after I came back to my senses.

As the path of destiny had it, CITM became MRIU which didn't continue with the MDU degree I'm currently enrolled into. So I was made to shift colleges and go to Rohtak for college since then and there was no such opportunity anywhere in close proximity.
CITM & MRIU are the two names - former & current - of the same educational institution in India and the former of them, CITM was converted into a private deemed university by the name of MRIU and I was made to shift my college to continue my degree under MDU.
