Dec 2010
This year my minutes will be raised up to the sun
I will drink from the deep end of the sea
From wild winds I shall not run
No shadows, will l allow
To fall on me

Unnumbered joys will surround my days in glory
My soul will echo light from the moon
Eloquently, I will weave stories
To uplift hearts and minds
With a new tune

This year my hours will be spent in an existence
That will meet the rising sun with a smile
Drinking the dew of persistence
My feet anchored in balance
All the while
