I have a vision of,
A land in blue and green,

Where loss and pain of love,
Have no place to stay,

No power over me,
Or will to make me cry,

My home could never be,
Based in reality,

It's halls are laid in gold,
The arches reach the sky,

Time has no power there,
To wither or to fade,

And everlasting sun,
Keeps gardens full of life,

Across this platinum sea,
Always beyond my reach,

The castle of my dreams,
Silent it watches me,

One day I'll reach the shore,
I'll run up to the doors,

And there I'll stop and breathe,
The air of sweet content,

But none can enter in,
This hallowed place so bright,

Sand through my fingertips,
As dust it blows away.
