skeletons of tulips
floating in the warm, silk water
tantalizing breaths
interrupting hazy memories
of clear thoughts
refracted through curvy paths
made by hungry mornings
and sick gift wrappings
covering charcoal
lip gloss
a poem commemorating the vibe of my friend gabe. mwah.
