I miss you
everyday.
In the little things I do,
I always end up thinking about you.
It's hard to be locked away
feeling stuck and trapped.
It's hard to think
without you here and also
to help me through
the daily struggles
which I call my life.

I'm just a nobody
Trying to be a somebody
Sitting behind a computer
Writing what I see
What I feel

Relax
Take a breath
Then take a step
Don't rush too much
You don't know
How long it takes
So take it slow
So you don't break

You thought you could best me
In something I love
Something I've worked hard for
A title that I've died for
You forget who you are talking to
Let me remind you
I am both the king and queen
of poetry

These will not be the last tears I cry
For they were not the first
He said goodbye
I said it too
Thinking it would only be for a little while
I miss him dearly
But, I don't think he misses me
I was the wolf in sheep's clothing
He was the sheep in wolf's clothing

I can't focus
I can't sit still
I can't remember well
But, you don't understand
The symptoms of from a mental problem
You just think that's how I am

I see him and I cry
He was my best friend
Now my enemy
I ask why
But i'll never get an answer
