She left in June
Flew
As expected
But she was in my arms
Moments
Only thing I could count on
Because in her nature
As is nature
How could I expect
Even want
Something, someone
Her
To stay
Caged in kisses
Locked in embraces
Chained in the affections
Shackled by the addictions
Of one boy
Mascarading as a man

She was her own creature
A lioness in rabbit’s cloth
No ******* around
Light on her feet
Freely does she run
But she never runs away
She just leaves
As expected
Brightest day turn darkest light
And I
I choose to remember the stars
For even though she leaves
Arms empty, hearts gaping
Eyes wanting, hands shaking
Knees weak, minds struck
She leaves
Moments
Embodied in stars
And I count on each one
As I count each one
As I account each one
And each one
Stays

Dull

Elephants mascarading as plastic Chinese dolls
Fox tail daffodils are waiting for spring turn sacred skulls
I find the secret garden were dogs play with their squeaky plastic newspapers tugs and pulls
A dead fish on some stainless steel amongst the ice as eyes look back and tell me if life is beautiful
A million Lobster soldiers with nuclear bombs shoot the sky to end the futility of everyone who ever lived and died then dull.

Opposite of hate is love
Often told to us even now
Sounds correct apparently
But wrong intrinsically

Antonym is detachment
Hatred creates attachment
Is a very strong emotion
Explosion and Implosion

Hate is emotional poison
Wrap it around your arms
Spirit gets sprayed with pollution
Resulting in self destruction

Drinking poising hoping
The other person dies
Perhaps the greatest irony
Mascarading itself as logic

Heart of hate are blame and shame
Feeling wrong and victimized
Evokes anger which carries the seeds
Hatred first planted nurtured by venom that fills the soul

Greatest disease is self hate
Dislike for self Waiting with many baits
All to common traits
Lonely and Alone till death awaits

Kindness and Hatred
Inside the two wolves reside
Who wins the fight
The one you feed with might

A natural emotion
Allow it to pass on
Nurturing it by dwelling
Add more suffering to the suffering

She never forgets your birthday, always buys you a thoughtful present
She's the hostess with the mostess
every time you go to visit
She's reeling you in, mascarading as a friend
She's gathering ammunition, it's a means to an end
Her venomous remarks seep like poison through your veins
When her words cut you deep, she's tallying up her gains
But your soul feels unsettled, your gut instinct never lies
For this person that you trusted, is a foe in disguise
