Some people live the dream
Some people live the life
While others just sit around
And just survive

Just to live
And breathe another day
Every day is just another struggle
Another time to worry

About feeding the family
About working your job
The dead end one
Where you're on the verge of layoff

While millionares
And billionares
Roam the streets
The rest of us are stuck

We never had the big idea
Or the money to burn
We just had a dream
To be all we could be

We all strive to be known
We all strive to be famous
Of some sort
Weither local or worldwide

We want to be known
Remembered
For at least one thing
That we have accomplished in this life

Some people have been there
Done that
While the rest of us wait
Knowing our time may never come

We may never be famous
On any scale
But somewhere
To someone

You may have done
In their opinion the world to them
Amd you will be remembered
Even if it's just one person

So if you're in doubt
Just remember
There's someone out there
And you will mean the world

To them
Even if it's only one person
Maybe only for one thing
But you will forever be, remembered

People Smoke A Joint Because…

People smoke a joint because
It calms them down,
It makes them laugh.
The symmetry
Of mediocrity’s conventions flee.
It also makes them hungry.

Answers come,
And often laughter is the payoff.
Nineteen sixty
Groups ingested LSD
To see more beauty,
Dig into the new,
Change patterns that were old in mind,
Find truths that were not there to find,
Break down, build up,
Sip from the cup of everything there is to sip.
So people drink because they are
More able to shift gears,
Take risks, lose fears.

The problem is to lay off, stay off.
That would be a real payoff.
Get it? Layoff, stay off, payoff?
I liked that.

It is impossible to feel happy at all times
Though it is easy to portray and accept
Be it a quick smile, a half smile
A toothy grin, too much enthusiasm and laughter

It is impossible feel sadness at all times
Though it is easy to portray and accept
Going from talkative to silent
Withdrawing yourself from family and friends
Not giving a hoot about hair and hygiene
Staying in the dark and sleeping in the day

How about when you feel numb
Due an an illness
A death in the family
Miscarriage
Extramarital affair
Job layoff

What is there to portray and how do you accept it?

Tik tok,the clock sounds
Ding **** the bell rings
Prescious time whiling away like the stream
The light of my dream, becoming
deem

All words but no action
I feel like being the best
Not to my surprise,I fell among the rest
My life turning into an improper fraction

The result of not preparing
Is now makes me tearing
Now that everything turns hard
My voice is too feint
For my cries to be heard
But it is not the right time to faint

Being successful was my dream
But the pay for it, is what I wasn't prepared of
Now I realize that I was in a dark dream
Is it now time for my layoff
Always  be prpared to pay the price for your dream, hard work only pays
The act of negligence shouldn't be a culture to be practiced
