I found you on a train
Sitting opposite me
Face to face we were
So you could see me.

I had my best coat on
Leather M@S brown
Things in the pockets
Buttons to turn around.

When we got off
The sun was in the sky
Went to see the Alabasters
They were a surprise.

Love Mary **
Barque of phosphor
On the palmy beach,

Move outward into heaven,
Into the alabasters
And night blues.

Foam and cloud are one.
Sultry moon-monsters
Are dissolving.

Fill your black hull
With white moonlight.

There will never be an end
To this droning of the surf.
