IN THY GRACE
Upon the branch, a poet's muse doth sway,
Another leaf, a marvel in the light's soft play.
Its beauty whispers all secrets of the earth,
In the veins of evergreen, the tales of birth.
Softness draped in nature's gentle hold,
Each curve and edge a story, yet untold.
In whispered rustles, poetic lines are found,
As it dances with the wind's soft sound.
A canvas painted with the hues of dawn,
A masterpiece of nature's skillful spawn.
Oh, leaf, thou art a marvel to behold,
In thy grace, a poet's heart unfolds.

Laughter rings, a joyous sound,
Holi's colors all around.
Reds of joy, like poppy bright,
Yellows dance, with pure delight.

Greens of spring, a hopeful hue,
Blues of laughter, skies so blue.
On skin they fly, a vibrant rain,
Washing worries down the drain.

A woman twirls, a vision fair,
Not for her beauty, but the flair
She brings to dance, with open heart,
In Holi's joy, she plays her part.

Colors blend, a rainbow's art,
A celebration, free of start
And end, a mingling, hand in hand,
The spirit of Holi takes its stand.

POETREE LEAF
Like the leaf of a poetree,
Whispering wind through
the green shades of life,
Your spirit lifts me up,
Teaching me priceless lessons.
I wait tolerantly to grow
in the light of your verses
seeking endorse, insightful
There is console in your
Silent gaze, blissful eyes,
And I listen, read carefully
to what it contributes
I feel the joy in your
Laughter and smiling face
and to scribble another lyric

And in your blue eyes, your love shines forth,
More than the stars, your glance is worth.
And every word brings forth the fire
Within my veins, the edging of desire;
To breed old in your arms, this life time;
It’s my dream; that’s all I want to be fame;
When wheels of age finally run short;
Then you are my own angel to escort.
And I will save a seat, for you at my side
Eternity waits, only for both of us to abide.
Now let us rejoice, all comes without a clue
Time is our best friend, as oceans are blue.
All vigor and strength in our bodies reside
Only in true love, does my spirit confide.
be cheerful, merry and raise our voice;
A handing over of my love, to rejoice!

FESTIVAL OF COLORS
In hues that dance, in shades so bright,
Comes a festival of sheer delight.
Where joy unfurls in every spray,
In colors that chase all gloom away.

With laughter ringing, and hearts so gay,
We welcome the dawn of a vibrant day.
Brushes dipped in nature's palette grand,
Painting dreams across the land.

Smeared in reds, yellows, blues, and greens,
A kaleidoscope of joyful scenes.
Faces adorned with radiant smiles,
As we embrace these colorful miles.

Water balloons burst, and powders fly,
Underneath the open sky.
Each pigment tells a tale untold,
In this carnival of love, so bold.

Friend and foe, stranger and kin,
Bound by the beauty that lies within.
For in this riot of hues so bright,
We find unity in the purest light.

So let the colors merge and blend,
In this jubilant festival, we defend.
For in the chaos, we find peace,
As the festival of colors, we release

BRIDGING HAIKU AND TANKA
In the heart of verdant dreams, she stands,
A poetess, in nature's embrace, hands
Clad in hues of Mother Earth and the blue sky,
Her spirit always sings and dances, free to fly.

Upon the bridge of whispers, she waits,
Where poetry's river serenely gyrates,
In the gentle breeze, her verses sigh,
A symphony of words, under azure sky.

Her costume woven from forest's gown,
In innocence, she wears her crown,
Each step she takes, a graceful glide,
In harmony with the riverside.

With haiku, she paints the dawn's first blush,
In Tanka, the full moon's soft hush,
Her words like petals, delicate and pure,
Embracing nature's essence, ever sure.

Onward she strides, her spirit aglow,
Where the river of poetry's whispers flow,
Innocent and natural, her essence divine,
A poetess draped in nature's design

Poem inspired by Rumpa Ghosh, Editor For All Books Penned by Author Williamsji Maveli
In the shadows of lives bitter rain,
Where pain and sorrow often reign,
There's a beacon of light that still remains,
In the simple yet profound act of a smile.

Though tears may flow, and hearts may ache,
In the depths of despair, a choice we make,
To let our spirits rise, no matter the trial,
To find solace and strength in a smile.

For in that curve upon our lips,
Lies a power that gently grips,
The turmoil within, calming the wild,
As we bravely endure, wearing a smile.

It whispers of hope in the darkest night,
It kindles warmth, igniting the light,
Guiding us through the darkest mile,
Urging us on, with a steadfast smile.
