GREIVING

Give yourself time to heal,
                                     -it takes time.
Remembering all the memories you shared together,
                     -with that loved one
                                     -locking them away somewhere special
                             -give it time.
In a state of disbelief-shock-that it has happened
                     -give this time.
Each day it slowly becomes easier numbed/faded
                     -give it time.
Various stages to this process,
                    -give it time.
Isolation and loneliness can enter
                    -give it time
                    -give it time.
Never to see that loved one again,
                    -always there with you in your heart
                            -it takes time.
Gone-but not forgotten,
                                    -Your heart will continue to heel.

DISTRACTION

Doing everything else but that one thing you should.
It is easy to avoid.
Still procrastinating…
To get it done.
Remind yourself why you want to do it, in the first place.
And do it in small tasks, sections, stages.
Change is hard at times but doing this can open to new possibilities/something new.
Time for you to let go.
It isn’t easy, I know.
Out with the ‘Old’ and in with the ‘New.’
Now is better than never.

CARONA VIRUS 2019

Carona virus 2019.
Arrived…
Ruining so many people’s jobs, futures, and lives.
On going suffering and pain of loss from this outbreak.
Nobody was able to prepare for how quickly these changes came
   through.
All over the world, a long road ahead to recover from for many.
Various stages put into place to prevent you from catching/getting
   it.
Impacted in all sorts of ways, Isolation, lockdowns and boarders
   closing.
Ruining so many so many lives and loosing so many people.
Unsureness, uncertainty, unitability for so many people that you
   have touched. Practicing hygiene, social distancing, separated
   from loved ones, online for everything.
Stay safe everyone, take care and stay strong, lets work together as
   best we can to fight this virus and find a way back to et back on
   track for our future, to a better tomorrow and outcome for
   everyone.

Dedicated to all who have suffered,
and to who have lost someone they love.

You are so close,
and yet so far,
One minute we cross paths,
Next minute,
you’re just gone,
in a whole other country/place.

Social media does help that side a little,
To feel closer,
To you.

When before it was a phone call,
or a letter,
That can often take a few weeks,
Will we meet again,
I wonder?
If again?

Just to give you a hug,
To say to you that everything will be okay,
To see you smile,
again,
To feel your touch again,
only you can give,
To me,
and that only,
I can give,

again.

If I hadn’t reached out,
How did you leave feeling?
Were you alright?

SCAMMERS

Sweet talkers, they are and will say anything to make you believe
   them.
Creating a false story and illusions that **** you in.
Aiming for the most vulnerable who are alone or the elderly.
Making you believe their story and caring for you.
Many ask you for shipment help for their company, with money
   upfront after they tell you a sob story and get to know you first.
   then when you say no they become abusive and blame you, guilt
   trip you and play on your kindness.
Even though you want to think it is true, it is not!
Rough as it is, or a while, this situation will pass, in time, if you can
   get out of it/remove yourself from it.
Sorry for us, that we are the ones chose, but know that you are not
   alone, and they are the ones who are wrong, not you! You did not
   deserve this.

Broken is your heart.
Real love- does it exist?

Not everybody is good at accepting change.
Give change a chance to happen.
Enough time to allow yourself for these changes, which can lead you
