to the definition of things

The moment you become your behavior you change the parts of your identity that have been holding you down like water under a glass.

Take gems
of fortitude
and create a string
of wisdom

Be Joy. Be Tranquility. Be Presence. Be Equanimity. Be Focus.
Be Investigation. Be all that you inherently can be
Because you have that power

It's the process of seeing yourself in things that are not you.

For me, it's about creating a legacy from the lessons of every day moments, from the years of experiences and desired shifts made from within myself; and enjoying the all of who I am and what I am receiving through those difficult, yet needed experiences to allow me to become the woman and the person I am today

Feel every emotion in your body taking place. For this inner wisdom is guiding your senses to do even more seemingly impossible greater things.

As human beings we all get ****** into a poison filled one dimensional lake of endless pollution insecurity lame energy and self hate at one point or another.

An endless ocean in its many flowing forms of progressive harmony, drama free, and natural loving state of being with what you love and those whom are truly meant for you.

People will come and go, but these are the kind of people that you should be willing to give your time to and allow to enter your life and stay for the long run.

When you trust another you want to
share with them, your whole life, your thoughts.
It gives them the freedom to just be who they are too without limitations.

You repeat what has not been repaired.
Through acknowledging our values and understanding the circumstances that have changed us we heal through our questions.
As the progress and the process is saying yes to our evolution

Enlightenment is a recognition of what you have through being who you are.

People are fascinating, but the world in which they exist is more so because they entertain it in their living.

I live to explore the social and personal roles of humanity.

I live to create art.

I live to inspire others in my defined ways.

I live to evolve effervescently.

Do you hear my soul calling?
Or is it that silent space just my heart whispering that we are still in sync yet so far away?

Beyond the limits of time does gratitude live on.

These poems share in the experience of not feeling strong mentally and emotionally and even physically because there is pressure to act or appear more human.
Whether is be felt pressures from our family, peers, colleagues, or society at large we are all facing and fearing what we cannot explain or control. These are the challenges of life, but they are okay, they are precisely what makes us strong and capable of healing our emotions, our bodies, and our past wounds, however they may appear on the outside.  
I hope it provides some guidance as to how to overcome these challenges when the dynamics and the circumstances of life feel  like a burden or when other humans  misunderstand or feel misunderstood by us too.
To cancel out this void, it is within our mental control and our will to choose listening over ignorance, to preserve safety over self ridicule, to find inner strength to make tough decisions when we need to; cultivating empathetic compassion towards the ambition that is to become our most promising forms of personal and social resilience in all of our relationships.

I am physically wrapped around the vine-

On the Verge of Defeat

Performance is the unguarded feeling of exasperating freedom escaping through the neurons of the mind down to the lungs underneath the nerves down into the cells and out through the heart.

Am I nothing more than a
cemetery’s contradiction?

Spouting life and death

Growing against the soil


Clutching to infinity by its limbs

Turned upside down

Stretched upon a bed of roses


Am I woman?

Another soul in its wake.

Moving into a velar glide metamorphosis
Vicariously springing forth
Transforming out of cocoons

They were borne from the melting mounds
of powdered flakes
resting on the golden face
of my Trojan balcony
suffocating each window in utter fog
blocked in their finite prisms

I lie crisp and awake
trapped inside them
Yet still, I am free.

Gratitude doesn't just come and go.
When it is sustained it can remain steady in its truth.

I don’t want to feel it
I was all in
But now
I’m seein’ the clock

Out in the field
Twisting the paddle
Walk-on wood
Panels

Found the moonstone
Without the manual

I’m out there
Movin’ channels
Deep
Divin’
Tastin’ matter

Crossin limits
With the SR-factor
Feeling my I am superfluous

I am human
You can’t see the symptom

Made a masterpiece out of timing

Have you ever imagined what it feels like to be a missing piece

What is reality but a source of our current condition of consciousness

Consider this

Control is nothing but the power of a sword
Stuck in the dead of winter

A part of me would like to have the new
But I wouldn’t be who I am if I didn’t learn to persevere through these times
And become self-made on my own

Always finding older friends and mentors
helped me learn and grow
If not for them I would still be stuck, lost, and reliant on them.
(Little did I know at the time I wrote this piece, I was stuck, lost, and reliant on the wrong people for support and correct spiritual thinking to guide me through to the next level of my life).

I had to learn to cut the cord.
Not everyone is mean to stay until the end.

People are people.
Blood cannot always occupy the meaning even after they say they care.
If they have to say it, they don’t truly know caring’s worth.

Neuroscience shows what we secretly know to believe:
Uniting the mind and body like the strands of rope they are
rewards our biological system to stay protected.
Something a mere capsule of spiritual concept cannot guarantee.

I watch and see with glittering eyes the whole world around me

As the greatest secrets are hidden in the most unlikely places

I envisioned through my travels
the faith that met my hands

First imagined

We both believed in magic manifested

Forever yours as a rare jewel
Found on the most unexpected of days.


Godly love never fails

it creates shivers

It comes with patience
In what was once lost

What we found
Reclaimed  


I feel the feelings every time you capture my spirit body and mind.

I soar in a ****** crave

What is love but the feeling of kisses for eternity

The soul becomes dyed with the color of such a simple thought and yet becomes the truth when we least expect it

I look at people as observations of being
Feeling connected to one without performing
Perfection is in the imperfect
Words jumble meanings

Words don’t cut the surface
of what I am:

Expression

This is beauty
This is power

Spirit Led
Our Bodies forget
The Soul Formulates
But cannot forget
When it remembers
The Spirit of it's own creativity

Erasures from a past turning inward
The present is the “as if” the could be of what might have been
It shifted
It changed
A reenactment
of past choices I made

Made me new
A thought
An act of habit
Repeated over time
Became the resolve

To change my life.
That was all I ever needed to
Bring me back down to grounding.

“What will change me cannot do me harm.”

Get past how and simply do.

Worth is in doing NOT in fearing what happens next.

to haunt my thoughts again

The forward of
of a fresh chapter
writes in feathers
You’re still there  

Like a book
newly released
speaking in printed form
Substance
hydrolyzed

Reflecting on its parts
Sectioned into twos
like a grapefruit and its humanness

The core is heaven  
Melting into uncharted territories  
I am willing to go

I met the uniqueness of a friend
Turned lover  
Transformed into
all that was
solid
fluid
flowing
like water
chemically  
Magnetic


And I found this treasure

You are powerful. You’ve done amazingly well for yourself and you always will.
See your worthiness, feel your importance, and pitch the self-doubts.

The world needs you right now.
It is still a place full of magic that bends to our dreams. You are loved.
You are important. You are valued.

If you need something, anything, ask for it. And if someone asks you for help, give to the best of your ability or try to find someone who can.

Regaining your inner power:
“When you use the vision to build yourself you automatically propel your dream.
Then unwanted people and feelings must depart any part of your world”.

It’s been 8 years
As I keep walking down a path that seems to be winding and winding I’ve let all of the memories go.

They do creep up on me sometimes
As they do for all us. That is normal.

And when those moments happen
I recenter myself and know that newness is possible

All that I’ve been asking for is happening right now in this present moment.

As I keep recreating
Every new opportunity
that awaits me
They are here for us

I just want to go where love is alive, not afraid to prove it, where there is no way to lose it. With the currents in check. Yes.
