Today I was in bed
Mum and dad were asleep
Another house,
my carer was having a rest,
from the week
It's the weekend nearer
I wondered what I could do
I had my iPad too
or the family computer view
I remembered they had said,
poetry is good for you,
when you wake or before bed
The name?
Poetry School came to my mind again
I searched and found,
Universe Poems in the online round
Poetry you are cool,
and I can read or take part,
when in my school
When I wake in my home,
without waiting for a break,
or the teacher who maybe late
When the mainstream doors,
are closed due to weather,
or infections like leather
Inset days,
my parents or carers find ways
I saw the word literature
Now I need to find out the picture
A few minutes have passed,
I felt so free and engaged at last

When was the last time,
you stood back,
from the daily grime
Sat back,
and, ate some,
Strawberries and, Cream
that is if your allergies,
allow you to redeem,
a substitute can replace cream
When did you last,
have an Aromatherapy bath,
in and, out of the shower,
each day,
when was it last,
your body had time,
to rejuvenate,
and, soak away
Ice cream ask yourself,
when did you sit back,
enjoying each spoonful,
Sprinkled like that

When born everyone is an artist
Creativity the right hemisphere
The left of hand use is also there
Cerebrum sits at the topmost,
part of the brain
It holds your memories
It enables you to imagine and think
The source of intellectual activities
Nature and Nurture,
your creative artist is from birth
Our brains can rewire
Our nervous system,
can change its activity
in response to intrinsic,
or extrinsic stimuli
Without this ability any brain,
not just the human brain,
would be unable to develop the gain
From infancy to adulthood,
or recover from brain injury if it stood
The Arts are in existence,
because Society's roots,
are from human stem shoots
This is where art and culture started
Human Culture for all
would never have been created
Maintaining the Arts
is paramount in all creative parts
So the baby to adult artist,
will have support when the inner artist calls,
the memory won't pause,
and the nervous system,
will keep it's modified connections,
without fictions needing to rewire the systems
No misdirections only artist's reflections

Now hurl the paint,
so splashes fall

Primary colours are best
Bold
Let them out so you can rest
A white wall colour spectrum tall
It's giving you all the colours,
so you don't just express in deep blue
Go ahead,
pick up those colours before bed
You may feel like lead
Could you be smiling without dread
Happiness said
Green
Put yourself against the wall
Feel nature call
Lime mine
Forest green a life dream
Olive tone perhaps a moan
Emerald green

When you want to express,
don't dash,

Don't crule
Put on your mufflements
Make sure you moble your head
Aquabobs are outside
In the fields,
you can make a Hogamadog
Watch as you roll it and it gets,
bigger and bigger
Maybe a Winter apple
Regular snowball,
Careful not to peck-of-apples
that is slip or fall
It can be icy up there,
in the fields in the Winter fair
Quick before the snow-broth comes,
and there is a shurl as it thaws
Fun in the snow would stop outdoors

Tunnels, and shafts,
don't need to grace
No underground mining

A colour
A pen
Put onto paper
What happens before then
A swirl of words
Equilibrium sorts the verbs
and slows the swirls,
of the words,
so the artist
can capture,
the whirl and twist
Pen to paper misses this
Creation in the mind,
there is no other kind,
as that creation,
is transferred from the mind

They come closed
not really knowing,
how their petals will be opened
In the grand throws,
nobody knows
The World continues to move
A time capsule that perhaps,
may not be smooth
Peonies lots
The doors open  
Who’s coming in
Bare root
Potted garden
Some afternoon shade
Peonies like fertile,
rich, well-drained soil
Think lots of nutrients
No heavy soggy clay
To produce stunning blooms,
humans need to feel well enough,
from the inside looms,
and when they don't
a medical team,
steps in to produce a beam

PhD + MD = research and medicine
we can see,
why is this patient unwell
He or she
Human sensation
Autonomic nervous system relation,
is speaking to you
The body's internal system,
is under attack too
Peripheral
A PhD focuses on research,
to expand knowledge in the peony fields,
when the buds don't open,
and the flowers struggle to bloom,
bring the PhD in the room
