i believed his deceitful manner
his charisma, it was alluring

I think most people take this as an s.o. but it could be anyone who stopped loving you a friend, a parent to just deceive you to get what they want from you. I also thought of the devil as I wrote this, he deceives you and feeds you with lies to follow him.

A toast I would like to raise ,

Unique, beautiful , Simple and soulful ,
Rhythmic , powerful or sad
Each poem differently clad .
Setting the mood and tone , finding solace in writing when alone .

Every write up leading me to try and rediscover myself ,
I can't find words to thank you all ,
This forum keeps me going be it summer,winter or fall .

POWER

What we seek the most is silence and solitude ,
Yet what we create is noise and attitude.
What we yearn is happiness and peace,
Yet what we have is hate issues and anger release.

Why are we here and what is there to keep ?
What we will sow , so shall we reap .
Why do we want our future to weep ?
Let love awaken and hate forever sleep.
Pray ! Let us find our purpose, for we must walk on the path laid by God .
Only to return as a victorious squad .
