O Teshter Tir Yazad, pl help this drying Earth

With your rain, please bring in  waters of mirth.

Sweet water vanishing is slowly from here

Vegetables,  pulses  n grains have become dear

May our Earth bountiful n rich become again

May man,  with your blessings,  wisdom gain.

May  She turn fertile  and emerald green,

May we humans keep Her  clean and serene.

Oh ! how very often and why do we grumble?

Otherwise, slowly we unpleasant words  often mumble;

Or like a wasp or bee, below our breath, softly just bumble.

Or with a verbal diarrhoea,  nonstop words, from our mouth simply tumble

But care great we must take, like a pack of cards,  not to crumble.

At times, in our desperation, or anger for words, we fumble,

Before we actually speak,  think we must often, or land we will in trouble.

Always remember to God thank for His grace, right away, for life is a big bubble.

Towards people whom think we  may are insignificant,  we aught to be humble.

Our  Air India suffered most, sans you n continues to do so even today.

May you progress up there, in Heaven,  where you now stay.

ઇરાનશાહ

ઓ  શાહો ના શાહ, ઓ અમારા  પાક  ઇરાનશાહ,

પ્રેમભર્યા નમન મારાં સ્વિકારજો, ઓ  શહેનશાહોના  શહેનશાહ

પ્રતિક છો ઝર્થોસ્તી ધરમના , માને છે જે નેક કરમ માં.

છૈયે નસિબદાર, મલિયો જનમ અમને આં મહાન ધરમ માં

અમને આપજો સદ બુદ્ધિ , અને તાકત, આં ધરમ જાળવવા;

હુમત હુખ્ત હુવર્શ્ત થિ જીવન આં અમારું ગાળવવા.

જ્વલંત રહેજો તમે કરોડો સાલ; ઉતરે અમો ઉપર, તમારા અનેક આશિષ.

તમને ઉતરવા ખરાં, સાચા તન મન ધન થી, સદા કરીયે પુરી કોશિશ.

હોજો તમને સાલ મુબારક ઓ પ્યારા ઇરાનશાહ.

કરજો રાહબરી અમારી, પાસબાની અમારી, ઓ શાહો ના શાહ

Spreading hatred in the hearts of people is a grave crime

Whatever be the cause, on a wound, apply you cannot salt n lime.

Love generates love n hate generates hate; n hate just cannot be promoted

In  nature, as per the law of karma, your actions return,  perhaps, even bloated.

Think before you act,  and think well; for what looks tempting today;

Will be the very reason for your horrifying downfall tomorrow or on a later day.

Act wisely, thinking of the future grave ahead of you. Responsible you are for every deed

Remember the fact, a live bird on worms feeds; when dead, worms on it feed.

Love or hate is in hands your,  determine which to quit n which to pick;

Decide for yourself, spiritually,  emotionally n mentally  healthy you wish to be or sick!!!

જાગો

ગરીબો નો હક મારી થયલા અમીરો, રહેજો  સાવધાન

નહી પચશે તમને કદી બી, આં અન્ન, આં  ધાન;

કર્મ ઝાપટી લેશે તમારું આં ધન ધાન્ય ને માન

આવી હરકતો કરીશું, તો કેમ જાળવીશુ પોતાનુ   સ્વમાન.

છે  આં વડવાઓ એ આપેલી દૌલત મિલકત, આં સર્વ દાન,

જાળવજો એને, સંભાળજો એને, છે એ કોમ માટે  એક મોટું  વરદાન.

જાગો તમારી ગહેરી નિંદ્રામાં થી, ઉઠો કરો ભલાઇ ના કામ મહાન.

રાખશે યાદ તમને આં કોમ,  ગવાશે સદા તમારા ગુણગાન

KEEP ME SANE

People insane, worries have none, that's why, in a way, happy are those insane.

But their dear ones suffer, are  embarrassed often; n undergo a lot of searing pain,

So, for the sake of my dear ones, in spite of my pain, please keep me sane.

All around there is chaos n politics *****,
Amidst all this muck, keep me sane.

Selfishness there is all around, saddens me this; yet amidst all this, keep me sane.

Some times disgusted I feel to see what's going around, o help me; keep me sane.

Lord your Earth is teeming with monsters,  amidst these difficulties,  keep me sane.

To see our beautiful religion declining is disheartening, help us, keep us sane

Extremists, terrorists, corrupt politicians are this Earth ruining,  help me remain sane.

Greenery destroys insane humans, Nature weeps; how do I remain sane ?

Sometimes I wish I was heartless, I wouldn't have to undergo pain, help me remain sane.

Help the devil within us die, grant us wisdom,  please Lord, help me to remain sane.
