Eternal, unbound,
Light evermore
Fill'd letters with sound,
Vibration 'n tenor

Until, like ball
Blown to capacity,
Shell burst, letters fall,
Light in captivity

Broken shell-parts scatters below
With sparks of light, life to endow,
Soul of letters ascend on high
To be reborn, to live and not die

In murk of desire
Unfulfilled fire
Urges and shadow
The ebb and the flow

Rejected and hurt
I found my beloved
In mud and dirt
Longing to be loved

I whispered her name
In her guilt and shame
With light from above
I showed her love

Until she arose
From darkest shadows
As letters and light
Together unite

you've got a shadow
turn on the light
don't look at the darkness
do what's right

slay the dragon
by starting the climb
jump on the wagon
two feet at a time

focus on the bright
don't struggle with shade
increase the sunlight
the shadow will fade

in the beginning, there were westerns
swashbuckling cowboys 'gainst virile indians
but that became too civilian
so up the violence to make heads turn

gunshot begot blood and action
feeding gore till abstraction
slaughter, carnage, till distraction
increase adrenaline dopamine reaction

from morn to dawn you're fed this trash
until you're driven to rehash
feel that gnash, the bash, that thrash
ain't no wonder we've got backlash

you are what you eat goes the aphorism,
don't need Einstein for this wisdom
feed a guy racism, you'll get a fascist,
feed him violence, you'll get a sadist.

you say the pulchritude is only skin-deep,
there's nothing wrong with voyeuristic peep,
feed a guy trash from ******* heap
act surprised as what you sowed you reap.

i was young and i was innocent
like new babe of blossom scent,
unscarred, unspoilt and unrent,
a shiny penny, new, unspent

then i ventured in unknown space
found myself in foreign place
a running rat-race, of human chase,
of ugliness, sent to debase

or to temper pure chastity
to give it strength and vitality
for if you hold onto your morality
then diamond self gains finality

but if you get caught in the contest,
who's the weakest, who's the strongest,
drop out quick from competition,
its illusion to forget your mission

return to truth of inner soul,
then you'll feel at one and whole,
ignore the public opinion poll,
you'll achieve your self, your goal.

number, tell and scribe
secret of universe vibe
everything ruled by mathematic
from esoteric to pragmatic

vibration of the sonant,
consonant, vowel, 'n sonerant,
the hidden song and current
of existence and occurrent

history guided by Hand
hidden in purpose grand
Thought laid out 'n planned
to play out in sea and land

written in every living cell
from heart tissue to fontanelle
from jubilant birth to distant knell
Face of Divine hides to dwell.

i planted a seed
within two weeks
it's not a ****
i see that peeks

there grows a radish
of swelling root
in month we'll relish
with leaves to boot

yet same time
tomato seed
'neath soil 'n grime
i did breed

took much longer
to venture forth
but its stem came stronger
'n to flowers gave birth

And from same blooms
slow but sure
after two moons
attached secure

fruits bountiful
succulent 'n red
'midst foliage plentiful
in vegetable bed

sometimes a child takes time to mature
seems slow and young and immature
but beneath the surface, in place obscure
he's laying roots, strong and pure

a lettuce may grow in days threescore
but in a month and he's no-more
an acorn may take ten years more
till oak-tree stands firm and secure

for centuries he'll give you shade,
shelter, and fruit, while others fade
for greater things take long to root
that from earth's depths may grow their fruit
