We are called to live holy,
In his grace He wants us in.

If in life we're to succeed ,
In a spiritual way,
God's ways we need as our guide,
And strength we get when we pray.

The Ten Commandments are the signs,
That we find on heaven's road,
Help we need to reach heaven,
Us, God's Commandments will goad.

Give us guidance, Lord, we need,
To find peace while we're on earth.
Our love for you and others,
Help us never have a dearth.

Virtuous, Lord, help us live,                
Give us, Lord, wisdom to see;
How to strive for holiness,
So we're able to please Thee.

Lord, help us be courageous,
And stand up for what is right:
Help us to expel darkness:          
And bring to the world bright light.

Lord, help us love and serve you,    
Bestow on us your mercy,
Loving help our hearts to be,
So we will be more like Thee.

God asks that we obey him,

God wants us to repent of  
All the sins that we have done:            
When temptations come our way,
From them he wants us to run.                                          

God wants to come in our hearts,
And he wants to set them free:
He wants to give us wisdom,
So what's best for us we'll see.

Thank you for sending Jesus,
Who is our forever friend:
Who wants us there in heaven,
Living with you without end.

Help them find a place to go,
Where it's heated with fuel.

Being thankful is real hard,
Frigid weather we can't stand;
You didn't layer us with fur,
God, a warm front To us hand.

God's unconditional love
Will always be infinite:
It is when he gives us love,    
Hearts then become brightly lit.

He'll forgive sins we regret:
When we do God's will we find
