i would say that was pretty
obvious-look at weapon
capabilities and (who developed
them?)-for example-******-
was not suffice-so they added a
phospherous element..and that
burns under water-
agent orange still
causing wide spread cancer..
these are quaintly old fashioned
but you get the idea-
what they have today in the
way of bio-weaponry..

are you are not  confusing conciousness with
civilization?
