There is one gate of entry and exit
Entry through the nostrils, filling the lungs
Exit through the nostrils, emptying the lungs
Entering to energize every cell
Exiting, cleansing, every cell
Where the breath moves in and out
Felt in the rise and fall of abdomen
Felt in the expansion and contraction of muscles
Felt the flowing presence, even in stillness
Air moves in
Air moves around
Air passes by
Never the same in two moments
Always Anew and always Here
Awareness is what observes
Awareness is what allows
Awareness is what accepts
