When im around you,
I have no regrets.
And the look in your eyes,
I could never forget.
When I said " I love you",
my heart skipped a beat.
My mind went racing,
and I could hardly breathe.
My mind said Run,
but my feet said stay.
When you said it back,
everything was okay.
But, now it seems different,
these past couple of days.
I feel like you're starting,
to push me away.
Writing this now,
feeling ready to cry.
Not knowing what I did,
and wondering why?

It's almost dark,
I think I might burst.
I don't like to sleep,
waking up is the worst.
Ill fall asleep,
thinking of you.
Dreaming of things,
that we would do.
But as I wake,
I shed a tear.

Outside.

Feeling the warm breeze
and looking up at the sky.
Listening to things around me,
hearing the cars go by.
Remembering all the good times,
forgetting all the bad.
My face a constant smile,
even though inside im sad.
Today I wanna be happy,
right now not having much fun.
Thinking about a lot,
Feeling the bright warm sun.
Today I feel blue,
and tomorrow is coming near.
I still continue to smile,
Cause today brings people cheer.
So tonight after I sleep,
Ill wake up and see the sun.
Knowing tomorrow is here,
and a new today has begun.
Im sitting in a chair,
outside where the suns bright.
Waiting for tomorrow,
cause today I don't feel right.
