#*It is out of the heart’s cavernous longing and furious search / for love, significance, acceptance, approval, identity, security, / freedom, belonging, innocence, intimacy and transcendence—

Pleasure Delayer...
A lifetime ago, I was younger like you, / before my dreams faded and life was still new. / I wish I knew then, all that I know now,

Breakfast With A Minotaur
Dead in the center of her heart I found a minotaur. / Of all things a frigging minotaur. / I stood puzzled as we locked eyes.

You Are My Eternal Love
I know I messed up in the past, but I can be strong / I know I’m broken but know you’ve been fixing me all along / You picked up my pieces and glued them back together

We met on the road to nowhere
We met in the middle at half past noon on the road that led to nowhere. I could see the stars were shining a little more bright on this cold December evening and the snow beneath are feet kept us dreaming of warm honey and lavender tea. Sugar dropped from the trees onto our minds full of dreams of what we could be. We met in the middle at half past noon on the road to nowhere and I don’t know my way home but I’ve found you now and I’m tired of searching for a we everyone told us we could never be.

Stop describing your terrible sexual encounters / I know you've had other women since I ended things with you / You're acting like you don't have magazines stashed under your bed

Unmasking Me
Like a thorn in the side twists, turns, shifts, thugs at my pride, who am I and why? / Forget to be, forget to try. Sigh, deny and try, oh try, to find out who am I? / Struggle to reach. Struggle to come to grip with reality. You see all these expectations get laid on me, I cant seem to find my feet.
