Lost and frivolous.
Seems like I'll never find shore,
Floating amidst the blackened sea
I see bodies beside me,
Dead and rotten
Asking me to eat them,
Devour them
And drink the juice of life's uncertainties.
I reach out for the far away boat
Waving and pounding with all that's left.
As it approached
I saw nothing but a weathered soul draped in silk of the finest threads,
It's eyes spoke of nothingness,
Its ears deaf and mute,
Its lips dry and numb,
Yet its heart beat with fervor when it met its kin.
"Welcome back brother, it's time we unite."
