sometimes what I feel ,
I don't even know how to explain

sometimes I feel sad,
angry,
depressed,
happy

this 4 emotional lead
me to different way ...

sometimes I can feel the shadow
how lonely I am

but I know,
I don't need a man to
date or be with

because at times I feel hurt
in me,
my emotional came back
like a cycle

sometimes shadows scared me,
because im lonely ....
and cry every single night
thinking what should I do...

so by thinking and thinking
I chose to write a poem
to let it out what I've experience
and feel .

A hug shows a feeling of love and protection for loved one
It is a best cure for loneliness and distress of everyone
