There's a corpse walking through the streets

Empty on the inside, where my soul used to be

It doesn't feel a thing

It doesn't hurt, it doesn't heal

Its just a mannequin

A sick joke you may think

It wont answer if you call my name

It wont listen when you beg for it to stay

Its lifeless, its dead

Its just the body that remains

No smiling, no screaming.

Not a single sign

No laughter no singing

Not anything i once was

Don't offer a helping hand

For she wont shake it

Don't help her stand up if she falls

She wont take it

Its over.

I'm dead already

There's nothing you can do

It's done

I'm gone

*You're left alone
this poem was made years ago, I no longer suffer from depression, so don't worry :)

I don’t want you to die
I want you to live
I wish I was blind
to what this world can give
I wish that my mind
could handle it
I wished for all time
to see your candle lit
I wish death was a lie
written in Sanskrit
because I cannot buy
that God planned it
don’t tell me that I
don’t understand it
I know everything dies on this planet
my question is why
do I have to live with the damage.

three-hour window,
might play a Friday all night
on a Tuesday.

the night we escaped
transitional housing,
most people were
boosting time from
the backkseats of old
four-door Fords
parked on their streets.

yea, the same ones they lived on.

while we lived on instant rice
and the prospect of drunk at midnight,
they were foaming at the mouth
in front of static on a screen.

yea, the same ones they lived on.

these days are fiends for our seconds
and we've been reckless with them
so far,
so I don't know.

my deathwishes snap twigs in the distance,
still.
