I've spent so long trying
To forget each cringeworthy day
My mistakes & decisions
Took so long to go away

I've been a million different things
A million different times
I've done so many different things
Committed many crimes

I've changed my personality
And reinvented who I am
I don't recognise myself
I'm amazed that others can

I try not to talk about
The crazy times back then
The drama, the men, the music
The life of way back when

And now the people left behind
The good within the bad
In passing on the past
I lost out on what I had

This rolling stone has stopped at last
Ready to retrace her track
I think they've forgotten now...
Is it too late to go back?
.Hand me your hand, my child;please don't be wary. You will feel right at homein our suicidal sanctuary. Here bleeds ****** Bobbywho chose the northern bridge.Over there is Moldy Maggie, locked herself inside a fridge. The birds and bonessing for those drowning in the sea, this sector is preservedfor the carotid artery.Bathtubs and toasters,oh, what a joke! Can't stand the singed hair, can't handle the smoke.Yes, we have a pool.I won't swear that it's true.We keep it filled upwith  idiots...like you..

~The sting of reality hits me square on the chin,
and these four cold walls keep closing in.
I'm gonna leave this old town,
I wanna leave it today.
Give me ten thousand balloons
and I'll fly away.

Over these crumbling chimneys,
and these sun cracked tiles.
Beyond the sea of heartache
and those faking their smiles.

I'd surely leave tonight,
I don't even care if the sky is gray.
Give me ten thousand balloons
and I'll fly away.~

.
Don't cry, this kiss is a kiss goodbye.
Don't cling, it's time to part.
Don't look at me nor ask me why
I've taken back my heart.

No questioning, no pleading;
No door remains ajar.
No doubt your heart is bleeding
Now, and wounds of love will scar.

Don't hope to ever turn back time,
Nor resurrect the flame
Of what became a pantomime
Of love, in all but name.
