Everyone was horrified
Some were even petrified
The clock was the attention of the town
Distance far enabled from surrounding communities
Swiss time town was about unity
The clock made Swiss Time Town famous
Acknowledgement
The question that came up was why was the clock stolen?
The clock had value in the hearts of the people, and meant everything to the town’s people
The Thief saw fortune
The long hand made the short hand into a theory
But it was still a mystery
Search after search
No find
The Thief was certainly not kind
Without a visual clock, what will happen to Swiss Time Town?
Moments are ticking, but no sound
The clock is nowhere to be found
The town got together and started connecting to each other in song and inspiring themselves
Until the clock is found being a if and when
What will the town people do until then?
It’s not a time to be discouraged, but embrace one another
Suddenly without warning, the clock appeared back at center in the square as if the thief had a heart or the singing touched the soul of thief

Determination steady and strong
Race shouldn’t be a factor, but character being an honor
The people of Selma knew they were created to be among society
No mistake, Heaven’s purpose
It was about coming together as a Nation
Opposition negativity thought otherwise
Hate was the voices of the opposed and Civil Rights Activist chose Love

Hate doesn’t understand
Love sustains value
The people of Selma understood that guided by God’s Wisdom
The voice of the Kingdom
Multitude voices refused to surrender in negative thoughts and evil ways
The theory was “Together We Shall All Stand”
Change was going to come
Selma did win, and love and embrace became victory

I remember meeting the honorary Mayor Dinkins when I was in my twenties
I was walking down West 50th Street and 6th Avenue in Rockefeller Center
As I got closer to 1285-6th Avenue, I discovered Mayor David Dinkins
He was getting out of his limousine in front of 1285-6th Avenue, and I paused as he walked passed me, Mayor Dinkins said Hello, and shook my hand, and went on into the building
I knew then, Mayor Dinkins was about people
Mayor Dinkins will always be a remembrance for me because of his stance of issues and actions in resolutions for all New Yorkers
You lived your life abundantly
You conquered uncertainty into possibilities
Your own revelation being realities
Mayor Dinkins personality had dialog
He was the first Black Mayor
His responsibilities was achievements being efforts
Mayor Dinkins was a believer in making right
Opposition always wanted to challenge in making a battle fight
But you stood the course
You were a man who had force
Heaven saw it was time
Essence fulfilled into gold
Your legacy still lives and will always be told
Heaven has your name in a secrete place
Your name in stone
Courage and Pride in having an open heart with a determined spirit
Achievement that followed being your own merit

Through the academic years
The feeling of uncertain and fear
Here I am on graduation day being my personal preserver
The studies were hard and long
I wondered is higher learning where I belong
There were numerous exams
Research papers imaginable
I got through it all
The lectures were focused on concise being pure concepts
It was “MIND OVER MATTER” that become concrete
I listened because they will put value in what I will become in my endeavors in life
The Cap and Gown is ready
My move forward in stepping across the stage being presented my degree
My sacrifice for the hard work that paid off
Today is that day to embrace being honored as a graduate
Holding my head up high being the reason why in accomplishment
Being committed in the establishment
The handshake from the Institution President and the kodak moment
Thanks to your friends and family for the encouragement in helping you to believe in yourself like they believe in you
As you walk through those academic doors after graduation, your education is now complete, but always venture back in reflect on your success, and how the institution help you embark on the journey
