I was once rich
Throughout my life, I was enriched
I had the fortune and elegance
But during this time, I was going through a battle of pain
It wasn’t physical, but mental

Yet my body is cramping craze
Drugs after drugs I started to take

A Freighter Steamship on the bounty
Cruising over the waves attempting to reach a city
Suddenly, a violet storm came up being a pity
It was waves up and down
There wasn’t any Lighthouse to be found
The Captain made a shout
“Maneuver the ship and hold the cargo steady”
But during the storm was the crew ready?
There was a loud shout by a Crew Member
The ship was sinking
But what were the Captain, and crew thinking?
They were organizing the Life Boats
Yet the storm seem to grow worse
The ship was out of control and could be reversed
Later, the ship started to break up
The ship was sinking ever so far
Waves upon waves were certainly vast
Soon the ship sank to the bottom
Later, no one saw or heard from the crew ever again
Pieces of the ship called “Wreck Town” appeared on different parts of the shore
Coast Guards tried to explore
But the crew and ship was no more.

So what’s in a name could be a person born with the same
My exploration took me on tour of all the highlights that made San Antonio, and why it is a major city
It was Medical Centers, Universities, and San Antonio Zoo, which I witnessed from an Aerial view
I even visited the famous, “ALAMO”
The Mexican Spanish War fighting for independence
But there is a unique side of San Antonio, and it is the “RIVERWALK”
It’s those floating taxi’s that bring the Riverwalk alive and extends into the suburbs
Yet, there is a European atmosphere culture at the Café’s at the Riverwalk edge
You hear the serene tempo music of Violin’s acquaint sunset going down and the evening air sets the stage for a romantic evening under the stars and moon
This is all happening at all Café’s tables as you wine and dine
Enchanted as I was, I took in all the San Antonio accord
I stayed Seven days at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk in Downtown San Antonio, Texas
So you know my Folio
It was a venture of delight
Those Texans know how to shed light
Friendly citizens within San Antonio, the city
Having to return back home to New York City was my pity.

It’s my story of adventure in crossing the Golden Gate Bridge
For me, it was an honor and a privilege
So what makes the Golden Gate Bridge so significant compared to any other bridge?
Open up Open Up, California I came
California mile and enriched history being style
I was travelling on a Tour to Sausalito
Just across the way from San Francisco
I witness the Muir Woods comprising of the Tall Redwood Trees
We ventured Downtown Sausalito having a refreshing breeze
I didn’t even have to sneeze
I totally felt at ease
Later, we returned back to the Golden Gate
A bridge I will certainly continue to appreciate
So back to the city by the Bay
Downtown San Francisco was my stay.

Sirens stating a chase
Crime villains pace
Thieves in their getaway car and the Police being seemingly like a race
Sentences that opened the dialog immediately
Words that added uncovered the foggy detail
A fail that will become the trail
Let me begin
The story is already in
The scene being a bank robbery
It was the Interbank Colonial Branch
Because one of the Robber’s was a Security Guard knew the inside of all the Bank’s alarms
Advance was their chance
Hidden cameras all throughout the bank
However, the thieves wore mask
As the thieves departed the bank, the Police were in hot pursue
The thieves swished in their car through the city streets and onto the highway
Speed into Justice
Chase after chase
Soon Justice will be face to face
Suddenly, the Robber’s car went off the cliff in a sharp curve
The Robber’s got just what they deserved
The Police apprehended and arrested the Robber’s
The bank was shocked it was one of their own
Crime doesn’t pay, and the Robber’s should have known.

Highways upon country roads all the way

It was Cross Country on the Hound
Travelling from the East Coast to the West Coast
However, rest stops made along the way
There were Bridges crossed overlooking the bays
But I will be travelling with no Hotel enroute to stay
Cities after cities in Downtown
Oh that Hound bus knows how to get around
Small Towns with citizens in their wave
Hello America, thanks for the encouragement all the way
The Rocky Mountains that marveled me
It was a spectacular sight to see
The other mountain formations reminded me of the Old Western movies
A thought that came to mind, “Hang Them High”
A Navaho Indian sitting on a horse waved to our Hound Bus when we passed by
He captured my heart and I knew I got in touch with America
But the Indian was friendly to the tee
It was definitely the key
I even travelled the Seven Hills
Up in Distance and down in descending
It seemed those hills had no ending
Mind you, I have travelled the Hound Bus to the West Coast 4 times
It was a 4 days journey each way
Yet spend 7 days in Hotel stays
So let me applaud that Hound Bus
Countryside admired
Yet the whole time I felt inspired
The USA was my getaway
But I am certainly happy to say
My journey was simply ok.

Storms through the night
The winds that blew
The night being full of certainty
That night I couldn’t sleep
Normally I would be sleeping deep
The night darkness being totally pitch black
Even the stars had no mark
The lightning would often flash
As for me, I wanted to dash
The lightning form light with moment light
The thunder roared
A Heavenly voice was speaking
“Be still”
This is my will
I twisted and turned through the night
Maybe I was dreaming at a sense of fright
But the storm was real
It’s my big deal
Suddenly, the storm calmed down
I just looked around
There seemed to be silence with no sound
I knew then
The Lord is my shepherd that I had found

93 is not an easy number to reach in life, it is a gift

But living to be 93 at least I would be still among

Sometimes the best encouragement is your own within
At times, some people may not know what to say or how to say it
Negativity no one needs to hear
They are already discouraged, so how much more do you want them to bear
Yet encouragement is a way of life
In order to make the right judgment, one will seek advice
Now being sincere and offering words of endure would be nice
So encourage from the heart
Now that is where to start
So encourage one another
But just don’t over do it in smoother
If the tables were turned in you needing encouragement, you would want words that would help you beyond in life
This is what encouragement is all about
No one needs to be in bout
Also not that they are alone to figure it out
Share your experiences similar to what a person is going through in their hard times
It all amounts to wisdom and understanding
But your encouragement to someone will last in sustaining.

An elegant ball that gathered all
Pure Royalty expelled and the guest that stood tall
It was the Prince looking for his Queen
He wasn’t ugly and mean
The Prince was swab and no snob
Suddenly, a Female guest entered the ball
She wore a beautiful Gown with dazzling sequence
The Prince noticed her in the distance
The Female Guest had captured the Prince’s heart in captivation
The Prince walked over the Female guest and asked her for a dance and kissed her hand
At that moment, the ball was filled with romance
The music being just right
Oh what a night
Enchanted was like reading a fairytale
The other guest were drinking their Ale
Immediately, the Prince and the Female guest embraced in a kiss on the lips
Her eyes were closed
That kiss seemed to energize the Female guest
The Prince responded, “I found my Queen”
As the guest were leaving the ball, the female guest stayed behind at the request of the Prince
The Prince was definitely in love and so was the Female guest
The night was filled with interlude love and even the Moon had to smile
So how did the story conclude?
The Prince and his Queen were united in marriage with continued love ever after.

It wasn’t easy, but he managed to follow through
Yet we today have a commitment ourselves to do

Journey with a destination
I am opening up with my presentation
In 1976, I took a Greyhound Bus trip to Key West, Florida
It was from Miami Beach, Florida
It was my Grandmother and I being on this trip
It was the Greyhound Bus and the Driver being our guide
So sit back and enjoy the ride
We started from Miami Beach, and made a stop in Homestead, Florida
Then we were on our way being 4 Hours across Highway one
So we were moving across a One Lane highway in both directions
It was the latest highway bridge being a full stretch
There were two bodies of waters on both sides, Atlantic Ocean and Gulf Of Mexico
One was fresh water and the other salt water
Both bodies of water didn’t come together in mix
That was the way nature had it fixed
We were narrated throughout about the various Florida Keys
All this in the height of summer being hot with the temperature being 101
But the bus was air conditioned so we were comfortable from the hot sun
I witnessed and observed Flying Fish
No I wasn’t thinking of them being my dish
That was definitely nothing that I would ever wish
Hot as it was, we journey on
We tried our best to remain strong
We finally arrived at our destination of Key West
The name alone says it best
A striving town for sure
The beauty and galore no one would ever ignore
You could see the in the distance, the island of Nassau in the Bahamas
I observed the native citizens moving around
Key West had some very historical sights
One particular was the famous Author, Ernest Hemmingway House who wrote the book “For Whom the Bell Tolls” along with many other novels
I actually read that book in college and did a critical analysis and got an A
So through the house we covered
It was through each room discovered
It was a fun filled day
I just enjoyed my stay
Think on Key West in being your next getaway.

The book is an understanding to discover
But for an explanation, let’s take a look
Within the book, it’s pages upon words
But are you really taking in the sentences
The book is actually testing your comprehension
But there is a revelation
It’s more than appreciation
It’s a matter in applying your own observation
A book is giving you the who, what and where
The thought involves the destination of where the place is
The who is the person illustrating
What being the person relating in what they were doing
It’s almost like a puzzle and you organize the squares
Think on a book being like your advisor
The words and sentences may one wiser
It doesn’t matter if the book is a novel, Illustrator or educational tool, the Author wants you to see and feel the excitement from within
That means from beginning to end
Words that enrich
Your mind in understanding
Your thoughts in sustaining
Your dreams in fulfilling
Now pick-up that book as it is waiting.

Yet I know God is able
But it’s gets harder to be stable
I feel I am under punishment
I try to continue to put God as a commitment
But even with that, I am not assured
Yes, I pray and read the Bible in scriptures involving the Lord
But I am still not assured
I am a Born Again Christian and have been for many years
I still have no idea in these times in why I even still preserver
I know God is in control
Between Trump and the Media makes it harder to take hold
I am thinking at this moment to stop doing my bus dedication, writing which I enjoy
Perhaps I should be drowning with the outbound tide
Why should I live and even try
My inner soul right now is in a cry
I really need encouragement
Friends who I thought were friends don’t even call
I have been a true friend to all
However, I am not lonely
My tomorrow seems an end
I can’t even amend
Others constantly say I am blessed
But my mind says I could care less
Again, I need true encouragement
I need words that I can use to guide me
I know there is a world the Lord wants me to continue to see
For right now, I will just let be.

Was I meant to visualize?
Is my mind wanting me too think realize
In my dream, I saw stars twinkled
Maybe it was only a nightmare
But ambition and mission seemed to appear
Being honest I felt some fear
For some strange reason, I am holding this dream dear
The stars angle was more than one would wish
But my heart beat faster with a surge of inspiration in swish
Hope was somewhere
It was beyond my own compare
Perhaps my dream teaching me in what I can expect
As you can see this dream had some kind of effect
Then again, my thoughts on doubt in not believing
Expectations in what I should be receiving
Yet the dream was like fulfilling
But somewhere I must be willing
Understanding what my destiny is
An assignment I had to be willing to do and accept
But hope kept coming up in mind
Yet now was I getting more fed up
But something said, “Be Still”
There is something that going to be fulfill
Before I knew it, the dream fulfilled and came to pass
“Encourage others and be a vessel in my honor”
My first thought was a Motivator, but there was more than that
It was a Spiritual Advisor
That honor was God’s glory with guidance that became my story
After I woke up, and was truly inspired by higher means
A dream of motivation
The spirit of rejuvenation

A time of when
The thought of how
A moment of can
The time being now
The King’s Castle being big and widespread
What will become of the King’s men stead?
They will have to organize
Yet also be energized
This is a castle guard
The king can’t just have anybody to bombard
This decree is written in scroll being not a card
It covers the castle’s entire yard

Where there is a day comes tomorrow
Sorrow in sadness but extending into glad
Darkness being a moment with light of guidance

No matter how depressed you feel
The exploration of this virus keeps being real
The key is not let it trap your thoughts in thinking defeat
The strength comes from God establishes within in feat
But don’t devote completely on the moment, but think on overcoming this virus as a new day
I can only imagine to families that loss members to this virus, and offer comfort from God that you will feel inner peace and solvency
In order to move on, we must remain strong
The only way this virus will go away is “Faith” in prayer
Sustaining in assurance and believing
Continue to visualize “Hope”
This is only a moment for us to adjust our lives
Look to the Great Creator above in asking that this virus goes away
But don’t let your Faith go astray
The expectations will come and we will be ok

It’s idea of no more washing clothes bound
