i saw a christmas robin with his big red breast
sitting in the snow sticking out his chest
he began to sing a lovely christmas song
singing oh so sweetly singing loud and strong

such a lovely tune i began to hum along
it made me feel so happy as he sang his song
when he finished singing the robin flew away
i still hum his song to this very day
