She said,
'please hold me tight'

'Alright'
but then I fell asleep and slept all night,
I woke to her but found fresh air
she'd upped and left me,
done a flit,
I think I was to blame a bit
which hurt a lot as well it might and
now I stay awake all night
in case
she comes back.
