Butterfly Blood
Clamp onto my weakness,
precious.
Where did you run to,
holiness?
Your everything
equaled torn ligature,
some jaw-grinding equation
where I sent prayers,
unanswered.
Strip me naked,
break my bones,
open your heart,
and breathe in the butterflies.
