Jan 2011
Heaven's tears washing us away
I anticipate the blows
Ash plummeting from
The lights sparkle, twinkling in silence
The crash, the burn
My heart melted against the iron, the wood
Sparks grip, clings to my chard lungs
Hope is a bridge
I cross over quickly
Into the blackened hands of humanity
