As this place I remember
Holds my past so well
Growing up in this town
A fair story to tell

Of memories made
And years gone by
Landmarks I remember
Though to everyone else are blind

I see years growing up here
Lessons learned, stories begin
I can recall all the people
And start to grin

Early mornings and starry nights
I shared all my time with this place
Though in years to come
It will all be erased

We're all just a memory
Picture, dust in this wind
Like sunrise to sunset
We begin just to end
