In the light

In the Light

I see your eyes

They are fixed on my face

Finding no fault

No condemnation

Just pure love

Thank you for the gift of grace

So that I can forgive myself and others

Without your sacrifice we would be

left alone in the dark

Not regarded

Not inheritors

But outcasts in the Kingdom of God

Infused with deliverance and

redemption

Basking in the gift of release

I only recognize your voice

Keep me with you always

In the light
