It was a day in the morning dew
My thoughts formulating in becoming a slew
A heart felt embrace
Enjoying life and not letting it be a waste
The sunrise in starting a new day
So many words in what to say
Giving thanks comes to mine in every way
The words full of inspiration
But the enthusiasm eyeing contemplation
Why do I fear my thought?
Perhaps some organizational filing in my mine being sort
I believe in my chosen words
It’s all about being heard
A Poet knows all the details
The motto being, “What works and what fails”
You now know a poet’s trail and how they prevail
Am embrace of combined ideas
The heart in knowing how to preserver.
