I am no Wordsworth,

by bf

but tonight I watched the sun set. And like a giant orange stoplight, it dipped down into the sky, lingering on it's goodbye, bowing to the night. Yet unlike a stoplight, it didn't mean stop. It didn't go mean go. It just meant pause. Pause and watch. Pause and admire. Pause and breathe. Pause and feel. I am no Wordsworth, but I don't have to notice every daffodil or call to every owl to feel the sublimity in the simple act of being alive.
