Luscious green botanics,
brought back to life by a drenching storm.
A single tendril of rain remains,
slowly rolling down a branch.
Watch, as it lingers in its last moments,
holding on to the tip of a leaf
before falling to the ground,
soaking in, to all that's around.

The air, so fresh,
as to say the world can breathe again.
Life, seems to appear from everywhere,
both plants and animals come out to play,
and I realize that this is where I want to stay.
