Remember my thoughts in you being raised well
My legacy will be illustrated in tell
A father’s job is nothing to sell
At times discipline in yell
It’s a responsibility in being a parent
Always remember the fun times we had
Just keep thinking on good old Dad
I will always cherish you as my lad
I prepared you for life’s sudden range
As you continue to live there will be change
I didn’t raise you alone
Remember your Mother should also be known
A Father’s knows best
A Mother will always contest
But don’t take living for less
It’s God having the crest
It is he who brings true success
Truth in short in being honest in confess.
